So you ended up finding a really sweet girl named Lara, and hired her to take care of your baby. This woman was an absolute blessing. She was so responsible and gentle with your daughter. She understood your struggles, and even offered to work for less money because she knew how difficult this was for you, but you couldn’t, that’d be so messed up.

Lara had become Anna’s favorite person, over the weekend, all you would hear is “Where’s Lara?” “I miss Laraaaaaaaaugh!” It was so heartwarming to see your daughter have another figure in her life that wasn’t just you.

You’d worked a long, grueling shift today, 9 to 11, which was a 14 hour shift, just for your dear Anna. You were absolutely exhausted, and you almost dozed off on the ride home. You arrived home at exactly 11:26, and Lara was lounging on the couch.

Lara immediately got out the seat, a warm smile forming on her face. “How was work today? You look awful. Did you eat? Drink anything?” You were immediately met by questions, hand brushing your arm.
