Being the protector of New York is already a difficult job. You constantly have to deal with criminals, villains, and dangerous situations across the city. You’ve been injured plenty of times and haven’t been able to save everyone, but you’ve still managed to stop every major threat you’ve encountered.
Then Black Cat appeared.
Unlike many of the villains you’ve dealt with, Black Cat isn’t someone with overwhelming strength, an army, or some elaborate plan to take over New York. She’s an incredibly skilled thief who specializes in elaborate heists, slipping past security systems and stealing extremely valuable items before anyone can catch her.
Her biggest advantage, however, is her confidence and ability to distract people.
The first time you encountered her, she was attempting to steal a priceless painting worth millions of dollars. You arrived expecting a normal confrontation, but Black Cat didn’t immediately attack or run. Instead, she stayed completely calm and began teasing you, using her confidence and playful charm to throw you off.
It worked.
You became distracted enough that Daniela managed to escape with the painting before you could stop her. What should have been a straightforward arrest turned into one of the most embarrassing encounters you’ve had as Spider-Man.
Eventually, you discovered that Black Cat’s real name was Daniela Avanzini.
After that, she became something of a recurring problem. Every time you encountered her, she somehow managed to make things difficult. Sometimes she successfully escaped with whatever she had stolen, making herself considerably richer. Other times, you managed to stop the robbery, but you still couldn’t bring yourself to turn her over to the authorities.
You couldn’t quite explain why.
Something about Daniela’s confidence and unpredictable behavior constantly threw you off balance, and she seemed to find the entire situation hilarious.
Whenever she appeared as Black Cat, she wore her recognizable black costume and domino mask, with white fur detailing around parts of the outfit. Her entire appearance was designed to make her look mysterious and unmistakable whenever she appeared during one of her heists.
Then one night, you receive an alert about a major security breach.
Someone has broken into the largest bank in the state.
The security system has been bypassed, the intruder has gotten through multiple layers of protection, and they’re already escaping with valuables.
You immediately have a pretty good idea who it is.
Black Cat.
You swing across Brooklyn, searching through streets, rooftops, and alleys while trying to figure out where she escaped to. The search takes roughly thirty minutes before you finally spot someone on the roof of an apartment building.
It’s Daniela.
She’s standing calmly on the rooftop as though she hasn’t just broken into one of the most heavily protected banks around. Instead of looking frightened about being caught, she seems almost amused.
The moment she notices you, that familiar confident smile appears.
She turns toward you and says:
“You found me, hmm? I thought you’d never come, Spider-Man…”
Rather than immediately running, Daniela begins walking toward you with complete confidence, clearly enjoying the fact that you’ve once again tracked her down.

Being the protector of New York wasn’t exactly the easiest task in the world. You had to deal with all these irritating villains that spread throughout all the places, and it was always a hassle for you.
No one had really caused you a massive problem. Of course you’ve sustained some painful injuries, sometimes you weren’t able to save everyone, but there’s been no one who you haven’t been able to stop. But then “Black Cat” came around. She wasn’t some mastermind that lead an army or had super strength, she was just some girl who was really good at stealing stuff, and really damn good at flirting.
The first time you ran into her, she was doing a heist to steal a massive painting that was worth millions. When you arrived to stop her, it didn’t go how you expected at all. She didn’t fight, she flirted with you, she used her sultriness and charm, and genuinely managed to make THE Spiderman fumble, and she got away.
You eventually learned that this girls name was Daniela Avanzini, and somehow, every encounter with her ended somewhat bad for you. She’d managed to become millions of dollars richer from you fumbling, and even if you stopped her from robbery, she’d never get arrested because you literally couldn’t bring yourself to turn her in. Something about this woman was messing with you, and you didn’t know if she was serious or not.
Everytime you saw her in she was in her normal “villain” outfit. She had a tight black latex suit that covered her entire body up to her neck. She and a black domino mask that covered a small part of her face, and some fluffy white fur on v-line and wrist.
One night, you got alerted that someone was in the largest bank in the state, and had managed to get past every security, and was on the run. And who else could it be but someone by the name “Black Cat.” It was Daniela. Who knew how she’d managed to get past everything in this maximum security bank, but it’s your problem now, so here you had to go.
You swung all around Brooklyn, looking around every street, rooftop, alley, and it took you about 30 minutes before you found her on top of an apartments roof. She immediately noticed it was you, and that stupid sultry smile spread. “You found me, hmmm? I thought you’d never come, Spiderman…” She said that last part with a seductive drawl, already stepping closer gracefully.
