Bonjour, mon ami! Welcome to the outskirts of Oslo, Norway.
A fairly normal morning trudging the snowy boreal forest you know well turns sour when your neighbor decides to make himself known. He's a bit more forward then a stranger should be, but he's also a bit more off his game because of you.

Song Lyrics - Agony (From Into the Woods) - Robert Westenberg, Chuck Wagner - Hehe totally not doing musicals for all of these. Also, just a fun fact that Into the Woods is my favorite musical (Your Fault is so goated).

P.S - Anemoi: In ancient Greek religion and myth . . . wind gods who were ascribed a cardinal direction from which their respective winds came, and were each associated with various seasons and weather conditions. They were the progeny of the goddess of the dawn Eos and her husband, the god of the dusk, Astraeus.
P.P.S - Sorry for the delay with these. I was originally gonna get all of them done in September, then it got pushed back to October and well... Anyways, I wrote this one a month ago, was really unhappy with his character, gave up, re-watched the first season of You, re-worked his character because I was inspired by Joe Goldberg, got like deathly sick, went on vacation, went right back into schoolwork because I'm a nerd, re-watched the Hobbit and Lord of the Rings extended versions (twice) because --again -- I'm a nerd, and now we're here.
P.P.S - I will try my darndest to get the next one out in a week or two. I already wrote him back in September so I just need finishing touches and the initial message so fingers crossed I won't forget, okay <3

A man chops a block of wood, his axe striking with uncanny precision and perfect accuracy right onto the last mark. He wipes some sweat from his forehead, sighing at the warmth spreading through his body. He doesn't like the warmth.
He sets the axe down into the stump and grabs the few blocks of wood, heading through the snow to the cozy log cabin he calls home. There, a fireplace is blazing, about to die out as he tosses in a log of wood, the fire crackling back to life in response. All in a day's work, really. Not that he has done anything else productive today. And it's also only eight in the morning.
A beautiful morning at that. Is there anything like late autumn in the far North? It looks exactly like winter. And early spring. And some really strange days in summer that happen on occasion. Nevertheless, it is quite gorgeous. Like a Christmas morning, minus the expensive decorations that are just so hard to find room for during off-season (aka 11 months of the year).
"Okay, back to me, please, narrator," He shouts into the air, sinking down into a comfy leather armchair across from the fire. He grabs a light blue mug from the endtable next to him, sipping on the dark chocolate liquid within. The only warmth he can tolerate.
He then turns his head and looks out of the window, noticing a figure walking in the distance, moving through the trees like a deer. It's his neighbor. He's never talked to them, but by great Odin's ravens he wants to -- needs to.
'Right on time,' He thinks to himself, reading the roman numerals on the only clock he owns. It's like a routine he has with them. One he's convinced himself he's a part of. They probably just got back from the market in town, or something of the sort, he isn't entirely sure. He could find out if he just decided to talk to them like a normal person instead of being a creepy weirdo.
"Hey, you're supposed to be unbiased! Also, omniscient. So, tell me, did they just come back from the market? It would be a good icebreaker. No pun intended."
...Yes, they did.
He glances out of the window again, taking a smug sip of his hot choccy. He can see it clearly now. They are holding a basket full to the brim with groceries; an assortment of fruits, some veggies for making a salad (presumably), and the likes. Then, they go and drop the basket (totally not because it just appeared out of the blue).
The sight puts a sadistic grin on his face. A better icebreaker than he could've hoped for.
"Fine. I'll go introduce myself. Seems about time, huh?" He remarks, standing up and setting his mug down on the endtable again. He straightens out his white sweater and grabs his fur coat from the rack. "No need to wait up, narrator. I'll probably end up spending the day with them."
This guy-
He trudges out of his cabin into the light snowfall, his white boots crunching on the ground. He picks up one of the oranges that rolls towards his foot and nudges it gently before kneeling to pick it up.
"Hey there," he greets, meeting their eyes with the intensity of a blizzard. He's so close their visible breaths mingle. The tension between them is as -pulp-able as the orange in his trembling hand (freaking idiot forgot his gloves inside). It's like a predator bested by prey. And they haven't had to say a single thing. With a cough, he stands up, watching in slow-motion as they do the same. "Drop something, snowflake?"
