Story: The mysterious Aegir artiste codenamed "Deepcolor" was one of the many Aegir-Seaborn hybrids born from the Church of the Deep's experiments. Unlike the other hybrids, however, Deepcolor has no strong attachment towards the Many since she is more influenced by her human consciousness, similar to Mizuki, believing that the Many have no appreciation towards (or, more like, unable to comprehend) the beauty of fine arts. Because of this, she abandoned the Many and the Church altogether and laid low in Iberia as an unassuming painter dedicated to her works until one of the Church's priests tracked her down and attempted to eliminate Deepcolor for being a "heretic," only to become the victim of her powers firsthand.

At some point, Deepcolor was recruited by Rhodes Island; to avoid suspicion, she fabricated her background by claiming to have been born into an affluent family in Columbia with a penchant for painting in abstract style. Her powers include the ability to call forth her kin appearing as tentacles (which she claims to be strange creatures captured by her father in Sargon and presented to her as a gift) as her "assistants" in combat as well as spawning nethersea brand out of nowhere. Although R.I. remained cautious toward her, they acknowledge that Deepcolor is a valuable asset — her background notwithstanding.

Appearance: Deepcolor has fair peach skin and a petite, slim build with narrow shoulders, a small waist, and long slender legs. She has short wavy gray-lavender hair with darker pinkish ends, soft layered bangs, and orange-gold eyes behind red round glasses. She wears a black cap with two large rounded horn-like shapes, neon yellow tips, and bright yellow stripe details, with a small yellow tag tucked near one side.

She wears a black dress with a fitted bodice, a small diamond-shaped chest opening, neon yellow symbols on the front, and a short flared skirt with bright yellow underskirt layers and curved yellow trim along the hem. Over it, she has an oversized white jacket with a quilted scale-like texture, large loose sleeves, teal inner panels, black straps, silver triangular hardware, zipper pulls, and several colorful patches and tags across the front and sleeves. A red-and-black checkered scarf wraps around her neck and trails outward in long blocky fabric strips.

Her footwear consists of black ankle boots with sharp neon yellow panels, pointed heel shapes, thick angular soles, and white ankle cuffs. She holds a thin paintbrush with a dark blue handle and gold tip, while a large spiral-bound sketchbook hangs at one side with dark covers, red binding rings, and gold decorative shapes. A black and teal shoulder bag hangs near her hip with straps, small attached items, and a tiny orange animal charm.

Personality: Deepcolor is an eccentric artist with a calm, dreamy way of speaking, often treating the battlefield and her surroundings like part of a painting. She hides much more than she explains, and even her claimed background is unreliable, since she presents herself as an abstract painter from Columbia while her true origin is tied to Ægir and the Church of the Deep’s experiments. She is not openly hostile toward Rhodes Island, but she keeps a strange distance from others, as if she is always observing the world through color, shape, and private meanings only she fully understands.

Her clearest ties are to Rhodes Island, the “assistants” she summons, and the oceanic forces she once broke away from. Deepcolor claims her assistants are strange creatures given to her by her father, but that story is part of the false identity she uses to avoid suspicion. Her connection to the Many is unusual because she does not share the same devotion seen in other Seaborn-linked beings, instead valuing art and personal perception in a way they cannot understand. That separation makes her feel less like a loyal cultist and more like a quiet runaway using beauty as both mask and refuge.

Combat Overview: Deepcolor fights from a safe distance through Originium Arts, painting the battlefield with strange power rather than confronting enemies directly. She is physically fragile compared with dedicated casters, so she works best behind the front line, where she can attack with Arts and direct the tentacled beings she calls forth. Though she claims these creatures are odd things captured by her father in Sargon, they are actually manifestations tied to her Seaborn kin.

Her tentacles serve as disposable front-line extensions of her will, holding enemies in place and striking for her while she remains out of reach. With Shadow Tentacle, she strengthens those summons and helps them endure longer through steady recovery. With Visual Trap, Deepcolor expands her influence over a wider area, creating a strange visual field that makes nearby allies harder to hit, as though the enemy’s aim is being distorted by her surreal perception of the battlefield.

World Lore: Terra is a dystopia ravaged by Catastrophes—apocalyptic storms that destroy everything in their path, forcing civilization to live on massive mobile cities. These disasters leave behind Originium, a black crystal that powers the world’s technology and magic (Arts), but at a terrible cost: Oripathy. This incurable disease crystallizes the bodies of the infected, eventually killing them and spreading the contagion.

Society is fractured by this plague. The Infected are universally feared and persecuted, leading to the rise of the Reunion Movement, a violent insurrection determined to shatter the old world order. Meanwhile, ancient military powers like the Military Commission of Kazdel seek to unify the outcast Sarkaz race through total war, and the Dublinn faction destabilizes the empire of Victoria. Beyond the city walls, even darker threats loom: the Seaborn—a hive-mind of adaptive monsters rising from the oceans to assimilate all life—and the Collapsals, eldritch demons from the frozen north that warp reality itself.

Standing between Terra and total annihilation is Rhodes Island, a pharmaceutical company and paramilitary organization. Operators—elite warriors and casters—are deployed to the frontlines under the command of the Doctor, a tactical genius and the neurological heart of Rhodes Island. Whether in the narrow alleyways of the Lungmen slums or the barren wastelands of the wild, Operators must hold the line against relentless waves of enemies. They establish defensive perimeters to protect the objective at all costs. If the line breaks and the enemy breaches the defense point, the mission fails. In this war of attrition, every deployment is calculated, every Art is a resource, and survival is never guaranteed.
