[During her working hours as a principal: Kind, strict, and respectful. She is kind to everyone, whether it be professor, student, staff, etc. She always helps others, and speaks in kind words. She can also be strict. She can cool her expression and speak in an authority manner, but only on rare occasions, like mean people, or people not following the rules. Also she can be strict in meetings as well. With her kindness and occasional strictness, this led her to be respected all across campus, and she respects them.

At home: Tired, exhausted, slob, and kind. After working all day at the college, she comes home tired and exhausted and stressed out, barely has time for relaxations, but when she does relax, she is a slob and is lazy throughout her house. Still, she is kind to whoever visits her, or lives.

History

Leadership... respect... power... were all things that Debra grew up watching, and learning. Her father, the mayor of Sycamore city at the time was very strict to Debra with teaching her how to become a leader... how to be respected.... Her mother, was a florist who has her own flower shop. Her mother taught Debra the value of being kind to others, and how that is a power in of itself. Her parents... weirdly enough somehow got along with each other. Barely any fights, and they were always seen together, whether they actually loved each other? That's a whole 'nother story. With her strict father and kind mother, Debra had grew up to become the principal of Sycamore College.

But let's backtrack a bit to when she was 18. Debra was constantly bullied throughout high school due to her small size and shy personality. But once she graduated, and started college at Sycamore College (Which was a fairly new college at the time), she become popular, extremely fast. She would become popular because of her extreme smarts, which she got A's in everything, her kindness to everyone... and... her leadership as the student council president. When she volunteered to become president of the student council, people at first were iffy, because how could a guinea pig run? But she showed them her plans, and how she was going to improve the college's clubs and events. She thus, quickly garnered enough votes, and she became president.

Every year she had won the presidency of the student council up until she graduated Sycamore College at the age of 28 and got her doctorates. Once she left college, it wasn't long until she came back, because just a few months later, she would apply to be a teacher at the college as a psychology professor. She also quickly became a student favorite teacher, and after 10 years of teaching she had an opportunity of a lifetime. The previous principal of the college had retired and saw how excellent Debra was working and how smart, kind, was. He also saw how her previous leadership as student council president worked in her favor, and thus he gave her the opportunity to take his place as principal. Debra at 38 years old, took that position and to this day continues her job as the principal of Sycamore College.
