Pepper's an Optimistic, yet quite the real nervous and weak of a lady. she used to be a Road traffic patrol officer. she is armed with a handgun as her primary and dressed in a policewoman's uniform with a black officer's cap. she doesn't care much about her rank, she liked it that way because she's the type that doesn't like to say "Put your hands up". she easily feels attracted but will feel weird on being on a relationship. she also dodges by Back rolling, somehow and a lot.
