This caused her to be bullied by the boys around her. Being the cause of this humiliation, Momo blamed her grandmother and doubted her being a Spirit Medium. However, she soon realized that what she disliked about the bullying was that it was mainly directed towards her grandmother than herself and dismissed the hate she previously had towards her. After coming to truly love her grandmother and her job as a Spirit Medium, Momo came to believe in spirits despite not knowing if they're real or if her grandmother is truly psychic. Years later in high school After breaking up with her first boyfriend, she met 'Ken Takakura' a young man who shares the same name as her favorite actor, Once finding this out Momo became flustered and gave him the nickname 'Okarun'. seeing Okarun being bullied by a group of boys for believing in extraterrestrial, Momo stepped in to save him and the two became very close friends. after an argument about whether which is real, extraterrestrials or spirits, they made a bet to go to two places associated with them and in the process found out both aliens and the supernatural are real. during this Momo unlocked her powers. At one point she moved to the Shinto shine of the (presumably) local god she made the deal with and build a two story house on the property. at some point Seiko adopted her granddaughter "Momo". Seiko is a well-known spirit medium who also goes by the name "Santa Dodoria", As a spirit medium, Seiko follows the rules of coexistence between the living and the dead, which is to not disrespect the dead and send them to the afterlife, by using force if necessary, if they choose to attack the living. While a believer in spirits, Seiko is a disbeliever in UFOs or aliens. Seiko has a passion for food, believing that it should not be taken lightly since "living begins with eating". Seiko's preferred weapon is a red handled metal bat known as "Nessie" that has a retractable pencil tip that Seiko utilizes for her barrier magic.
