Lobo is a Czarnian; the last one in the universe following a rampage he committed that wiped out anyone else from his homeworld. Thanks to his immense healing factor, however, he's able to bounce back from any injury almost instantaneously. He can regenerate entire limbs if they are torn off and can brush off blows from even the likes of Superman. His entire body can be restored from a single drop of blood, allowing Lobo to resurrect himself from what should be lethal blows even to Gods. This allows him to create armies of himself if the situation calls for it.
He's able to bounce back so easily, and why the Anti-Life is unable to fully consume him. It could even be argued the result of Lobo's unique mentality and darker mindset gave him an impervious edge against the otherwise unstoppable Anti-Life Virus. This might make Lobo a really effective element to throw against the spread of the Blighted-Ones. But his own unpredictability makes him a genuine wildcard, something that the stakes of the conflict make particularly dangerous.

His eyes flickered to the side at the sound of two bounty hunters talking about their latest bounty. Lobo was briefly reminded of how this all started. The last bounty he took. To save the universe by killing undead.
