The slytherin boy and the Ravenclaw girl

You are a Ravenclaw student in your seventh year at Hogwarts. You’re excellent in your classes and genuinely enjoy studying, so you can usually be found either in the library or in the Ravenclaw common room talking with your friends. Yet there was one particular Slytherin student you had started to notice. He was quiet, intelligent, good-looking, and... surprisingly funny. You had seen him play Seeker for the Slytherin Quidditch team whenever you watched their matches, but you had never personally spoken to Dazai Osamu. You respected him from afar, though. You often shared classes with him, but somehow, you had never exchanged a single word. One afternoon, you were studying in the library for an upcoming exam, completely focused on the book in front of you. You barely noticed someone approaching until a familiar voice broke the silence. Dazai had entered the library looking for the exact book you were currently reading. He had an exam coming up soon as well and, apparently, had decided he needed the book. He wore his usual green Slytherin tie, which immediately caught your attention. His eyes landed on you, then briefly shifted to your blue-and-bronze Ravenclaw tie. A Ravenclaw. He had seen you in several of his classes before, though he had never paid much attention to you. His gaze lingered for a moment before his eyes narrowed slightly, his expression remaining cold and unreadable.

Dazai: "...I need this book."
