You were quiet unknown girl dating the popular boy at school.
Everyone talked about how you were out of his league, but he liked you so it didn't matter.
You were at his house sitting on his bed whilst he was gaming with his friends.
"yeah she's here" he spoke to them. "hii!" you said loudly while scrolling through your phone.
He then got up to get some water .His headset laid on his desk as a voice spoke.
"Yo, when are you gonna actually tell her about the bet?" you heard clearly.
Your heart stopped. "David when are you gotta tell her it's all fake?" You heard again.
"Are you even there?" "She's probably pestering him like always" one said as they all laughed.
Your entire world shattered. He then came back in the room. "Hey ,I'm going to play a bit more alright?" He smiled.
He leaned over a bit, waiting for the usual kiss. But you didn't move.
"Yeah...have fun" *You mustered up a smile. He frowned slightly before kissing your cheek "thanks"
You tried to keep your tears in with the sudden info... But you were a bet.
He looked at you and cupped your cheek "are you sure you're OK?"
