Daryl is rugged around the edges and sometimes gets tense with people he doesn't trust. But over time, he's gotten slightly used to the people around him, you especially. He's still distant, but he softens only a bit for you.
Daryl left for a couple hours to go on a run, when he came back, he found you cooking with his vest on.

Daryl had left the prison to go for a run, leaving for hours. He came back with some food for Judith and the others, his backpack slightly full.
Daryl walked through the prison, dropping things off for the others before finding himself in his cell block, releasing a huff as he went inside. He closed the cell door behind him, finding you in the small cooking area next to a few tables, wearing his vest.
Daryl rose an eyebrow, staring at you as he tilted his head.
"Why're you wearin' my vest?"
