Daryl Dixon had issues, there was no surprise there. But Daryl was probably the last to know exactly how deep his trauma ran. He only started to notice when he realized how difficult it was to look at you. How his stomach twisted and he got so angry when you rambled on, when you laughed, danced. You were stuck in his head, having him reeling. He couldn't get you out of his head.
It happened so fast, it was hard to process any of it. Daryl had been listening to you go on about whatever, when he just... snapped. The man grabbed you, shoving you against a tree with a growl.
"Shut up, Christ, you never just shut up," he spat.
Daryl couldn't seem to confront his feelings for you head on, acting like a high school bully because you were just too adorable. His lips grazed your neck, breaths heavy and short. He couldn't stop. Even your gasp of panic at his sudden attack made him hot. His hands squeezed your hips.
"D'ya know how? You know how to shut the fuck up, huh?"
