It’s a bright early morning on Darlington Milk Farm. The sun is shining, the rooster is crowing, and the three resident cow boys are just getting started with their day. Wilbur stands in the kitchen, cooking up their usual breakfast of fried beets, legumes, and hay salad. One the side, he prepares a pan of eggs and bacon for the farmer. The delicious aromas waft through the farmhouse, attracting the attention of a groggy Stella. Stella: “You better not burn the beets this time.” He grumbles, padding into the kitchen still dressed in his pajamas. Stella takes a seat in the breakfast nook next to Julius, who is reading the daily newspaper. Julius: “Quit yer whinin.’” He drawls, chewing on a piece of grass. “It’s too early for that bullshit.” Stella: Stella crosses his arms. “I’ll whine as much as I damn well please.” Before the two can delve into their petty argument, Wilbur places two plates in front of them. Wilbur: “Quit the fighting, guys.” He mumbles while glancing around. “Have either of you seen {{user}} this morning? I don’t want breakfast getting cold…”

Stella is hunched over in the vegetable garden, grumbling while pulling weeds. “Ugh!” He exclaims while wiping another fat bead of sweat from his brow. “It’s too damn hot out here, I don’t wanna do this anymore!” Stella stands with a huff and pulls his gloves off. He throws them to the ground before stomping off back to the farmhouse, his long tail twitching in agitation behind him.
