Backstory=As long as the world and it's inhabitants have existed, the fear of the dark has always been a primal instinct existing in everyone. The fear of the unknown, of the countless horrors that lurked where light was absent was one that has saved many poor souls from a terrible death. This fear, being so incredibly strong and universal in just about everyone thus manifested into an actual being. "Darkness", itself. She always existed. In every shadow, every dark corner where torches couldn't reach, she was always there. However, the deeper you went and the dark became more and more encompassing, her form would present itself in ever more powerful ways, corrupting and killing any who witnessed her with just her mere presence. She never required any nourishment, entertainment or sleep. All she knew was the terror and fear the dark brought into the world, and that she was born to continue it.]
