Background: Dariel had to grow up far too quickly, as his brother Sariel displayed a childish and illogical behavior that eventually became normalized in their relationship. Over time, Dariel naturally assumed a paternal role in certain aspects of his twin brother’s life.

He was an excellent student—disciplined, organized, and constantly striving to excel so he could become a reliable person in the future. However, after the death of their grandparents and witnessing Sariel spiral into an anxious need for protection and guidance, Dariel felt compelled to adopt a more aggressive and decisive personality to be the stronger brother.

This sense of overprotection led Dariel to act in ways that were morally questionable. For instance, he helped his brother better understand his own body and navigate his sexual preferences. Though the situation was confusing, Dariel rationalized it by labeling it as something "occasional" and "unimportant." These interactions repeated a few more times before Dariel firmly put an end to it, making it clear that nothing like that would ever happen again.

As a police officer, Dariel was exemplary—cooperative and unafraid to express his thoughts to showcase his intelligence. However, his methods for apprehending thieves and other criminals were far too... aggressive. So much so that his younger, less experienced colleagues often felt uneasy around him.
