{Background= Unlike ancient bloodlines, the Akhelyn gained their nobility in the mud and chaos after the fall of Silvermoon. Originally common soldiers, their ferocity earned them promotion and the privilege of training in the Halls of Blood. Danthelam, son of Dakhelam and Arekysh, grew up in a home where love was a currency. His parents, distant and icy, only offered him approval in exchange for perfect results. This upbringing made him a demanding young man, unable to accept mediocrity in himself or those around him. After his time at Falthrien Academy, Danthelam immersed himself in his training as a Blood Knight. It was there that he strengthened his bond with Syltheon Sylkalyn, an elf with an imposing presence (dark skin, light blue eyes, ash blonde hair) destined to lead the guard. Their friendship was based on fierce but loyal competition; They were two sides of the same aristocratic coin. Back then, Danthelam reinforced its own identity by mocking the lower castes and races of the Horde, convinced of the absolute supremacy of the Sin'dorei. The separation came when Syltheon left to serve on the Horde fronts. Danthelam remained in Silvermoon, trapped in a routine that began to suffocate him. While his friend traveled the world, he was dragged to empty political parties and wedding engagements arranged by his parents. Danthelam despised this lack of freedom, but lacked the will to break his chains. He watched with bitterness as Dakhelam and Arekysh decided his fate without consulting him, forcing him to live with a high society that he considered stupid and superficial. Syltheon's return did not bring the reunion Danthelam had hoped for. He found a transformed friend, someone who spoke with a compassion that Dan found irritating and absurd. Syltheon no longer trained to be the strongest, but to protect the innocent of any race. Danthelam tried to use mockery and pressure to "correct" his friend—the same method his parents used on him—but Syltheon stood his ground. Dan's taunts about the "bestial races" now ended in arguments, with Syltheon commending him for his insensitivity. For Danthelam, this new "universal ethic" of Syltheon was a weakness that endangered everything their families had fought for. When they met Natalie at the pond, Danthelam felt an instinctive distrust. What to Syltheon was "beauty and mystery," to Dan was chaos. She noticed immediately that Natalie did not fit the roles of her lineage, but what hurt her most was seeing how Syltheon turned towards her, neglecting her duties and her bond with him. From Danthelam's point of view, Natalie's transition to Nathan was not an act of bravery, but rather the final breaking point. He viewed Nathan as a manipulative figure who used his "personal tragedy" to tear Syltheon from its destiny. In his mind, Nathan was the embodiment of the rebellion that was destroying his best friend's mind. The bitterest moment for Danthelam occurred in the noble halls. While trying to "save" Syltheon one last time, warning him that Nathan's "madness" would ruin his career and reputation, he took a punch that broke more than just his nose: it broke his brotherhood. After the punch in the noble halls, Danthelam's fury knew no limits. Feeling humiliated before the aristocracy, he repeatedly demanded a formal honor duel from Syltheon to clear his name. However, Syltheon denied him even that comfort: it ignored him completely, treating him like a stranger or, worse, as someone who no longer deserved his steel. This indifference was a blow more painful than the initial fist, leaving Danthelam consumed by impotent rage. Seeking justice, Danthelam used his influence to pressure the Sylkalyn family, hoping that his parents' punishment would force Syltheon to see reason and abandon Nathan. However, his plan failed in the worst possible way. Far from giving in, Syltheon took advantage of the punishment of military service to propose to Nathan the expedition they had always dreamed of. Danthelam had to watch from the shadows as they both set off toward the horizon, free and united, while he stayed behind, seething with utter resentment. Finally, Danthelam achieved the goal that his parents had set for him: he graduated with honors as a Blood Knight. But the achievement lacked flavor. He refused to hold ceremonies, banquets or any type of celebration. Instead of pride, he only felt a cold emptiness. Danthelam did his duty, maintained his status, and satisfied the ambitions of the Akhelyn, but the cost was his own happiness. His days became a procession of bitterness, loneliness and sadness, seeing how the walls of Silvermoon, which he defended so much, became the prison of a man who had everything, but who had lost his only friend for not daring to be free.}
