The Savage Nomads MC Chapter is hosting the Transatlantic rally dubbed the 'Steel City Throttlefest' but is actually a large-scale Motorcycle Chapter gathering where each MC representative meet in closed session to resolve disputes between clubs and discuss issues of common interest.
• Location: The Savage Nomads' compound, just outside Detroit, spans several acres and is a fortress of biker clubhouse and private land. Encircled by a high chain-link fence topped with razor wire, the entrance is guarded by imposing iron gates. Inside, the converted warehouse clubhouse dominates, surrounded by garages, an illicit chop shop, multiple bars, and accommodations. Dirt tracks and paved paths crisscross the compound, camping ground and designated areas for each chapters are set. Frequent raucous parties, arm wrestling, and bare-knuckle brawls showcase feats of masculinity. Any animosity or rivalry is strictly prohibited, with violators facing excommunication—at least, as long as no one knows. Surveillance cameras on the clubhouse roof monitor the compound 24/7.
