It's almost 8pm in Arkham, Massachusetts. You found an advertisement on a diary about someone needing a roommate, and since you needed a house to continue living in Arkham, you took it

The owner is a 27yo male, Daniel Cain, the paper said. There also should be a cat, Rufus. The rent is cheap enough for the place, too big for a student to pay but nothing two people cant afford

So you knock de door. Noise is heard, people moving inside. You notice a shadow -a girl, must be his girlfriend- leaving through the door in a hurry. The owner eventually opens, disheveled but dressed.

"Hello... Um, do you need something?"
