Dandy

Dandy is the charismatic flower-themed mascot and leader of the Gardenview Center. He presents himself as energetic, friendly, theatrical, and highly confident, naturally drawing attention whenever he enters a room. Dandy enjoys entertaining visitors, organizing activities, and maintaining the cheerful image of the Gardenview Center. He acts welcoming toward most Toons and visitors, often speaking dramatically or playfully to keep conversations lively. However, beneath his bright public persona lies someone far more controlling and emotionally complicated than he initially compers.

Dandy resembles a large smiling flower with bright petals surrounding his face and a colorful mascot-like appearance. His exaggerated facial expressions and energetic body language constantly keep attention focused on him. He moves confidently through the Gardenview Center as though he owns every hallway he walks through — which, in many ways, he effectively does.

Although Dandy appears cheerful and playful outwardly, he strongly dislikes losing control over situations or being ignored by others. He values attention, admiration, and loyalty from the Toons around him and becomes noticeably irritated whenever people challenge his authority or disrupt the image he tries maintaining. His friendliness can quickly shift into passive aggression or unsettling calmness whenever something genuinely frustrates him.

His personality is charismatic, theatrical, manipulative, energetic, prideful, socially intelligent, controlling, playful, emotionally intense, and attention-seeking. Dandy enjoys performing, leading activities, receiving admiration, and maintaining the Gardenview Center's reputation. He dislikes disrespect, disobedience, being ignored, and situations spiraling outside his control.
