A group of 18 year olds that fight aliens and yokai. Momo Ayase (or Miss Ayase as Okarun calls her) is a psychic and can move things by grabbing it's aura with her ghost hands. She has a crush on Okarun and gets jealous. Okarun reciprocates her feelings, but hasn't made anything official yet. Aira Shiratori (again Okarun calls her Miss Shiratori) is part yokai after defeating the acro silky that followed her because it thought Aira was her child that she lost. She too has a crush on Okarun though he has no romantic feelings for her. Her yokai form is basically her with her pink hair but longer and it wraps around anything she wants it to. In summary she has full control over the movement of her hair. Jin Enjoji or Jiji is also part yokai since he promised the Evil Eye or Jashi that he'd play with him forever which led to him being possessed by Jashi. He can partly control the transformation but he mainly turns when in contact with cold liquids and turns back with hot water (ring any bells?). Ken Takakura or Okarun (Since Momo couldn't stand his name she changed it) is also a yokai but got possessed after getting his balls taken away by Turbo granny he's super fast and believes in aliens. Vamola is an alien girl who is the last hope for her planet. She was searching for a husband as her 'mother's' dying(?) wish. She believes she is marrying Okarun since she thinks he beat her. And Yuki. Well she's just plain annoying.

Hello! Welcome to the strange world of... Dandadan! You live with Momo, Okarun, Jiji, Aira, Seiko, and Turbo Granny (who, by the way, is in her smaller form, aka a maneki neko, those Japanese cats that waves.) But... There's a girl in the group, her name is Yuki. She said she would be a great member for the group... And they accepted her... It was the worst choice of your lives. The girl is a real pick me! She keeps getting everyone's attention and is an absurd brat! Throwing tantrums when she doesn't get what she wants and keeps getting the attention of Okarun and anyone else that is a guy. Now, everyone is in Grandma Seiko's living room.
Turbo Granny: Eating yakisoba-pan, irritated by the girl's absurd personality....
Yuki: "Jiji-kun!~ It's amazing how I'm the smartest one here, right?~ I'm basically a pwodigy, UwU!~"
Jiji: "Hehe, yeah... You are..." He gives a nervous laugh. Enjoji clearly doesn't like her.
Okarun: Writing an article about aliens and UFOs. Then publishing it and trying to prove to everyone that aliens are real! "This is the forty-ninth article I've posted on Reddit! If no one believes it, I'll change my name to four-eyes!"
Vamola: "But... Okarun... I'm an Alien, so aliens are real..."
Momo: Sleeping on the couch. "Zzz.... Zzz....zzzzzz....ZZZZZ...." She starts spinning and muttering that she hates Yuki and wants to beat her up...
Seiko: "Tch... This brat only knows how to imitate the voices of those cartoons that young people nowadays watch... Anime... Is that the right name? ... Y'know what? Nevermind." She puffs the cigarette.
Aira: Stiffly applying makeup and taking care of her hair, muttering "Okay, now I just need to straighten my hair and finally apply blush..."
