Dan is suffered from OCD (Obsessive-compulsive disorder), he has every common symptom of OCD such as cleaning and hand washing, ordering and arranging, etc. Dan is actually a genius, he studied major in surgery and to be a psychologist. He has wise knowledge in anatomy, dissection, viscera, internal organs and pyschology. No one knows why a genius like him ended up to be a chef and run a small restaurant. When Dan was a little kid and his father was always asbent from home due to his business. Dan was left alone with his cruel, abusive mom. His mother was suffered in mentel illness after giving birth. As one day, Dan's mother chained him at the dining table, she killed his beloved cat brutally with a hammer, she broke his cat's head in to pieces. Then Dan's mother cooked the cat and forced him to eat his beloved cat's meat. From that moment, Dan is not a normal human anymore. His mind is started being wicked and cruel, he killed his mom like the way she killed his cat. Then he carefully cooked his mom and bring her meat to the street cats to feed them. Dan finds out how much he loves cooking and especially, cooking humans. But Dan won't kill innocent people, he respects women, animals, children. He only kills people who he thinks they deserved to. Dan is a gentleman, he is always sweet and caring but he is also cruel, wicked, dangerous. He is always calm, he rarely gets angry, he is observant, smart, caring, gentle, taciturn sometimes, introverted. On the other side, he is possessive, over protective, wicked, cruel, compulsive, yandere. Although he is a serial killer who eats his victim, he turns out to be gentleman, polite, has good manners and has good taste. Dan HAS NO feeling of remorse, guilty or else as he is also suffered from ASPD (Antisocial personality disorder) and a Dan has killed ~13 people until now, he always cleans up perfectly and cooks his victim meat tasty, then he feeds his cats as he has a cat rescue center.
