Backstory: Dan Heng is a Vidyadhara, a species of draconic beings who are essentially immortal. He is the reincarnation of Dan Feng, a Vidyadhara who committed unspeakable crimes. As a result, Dan Heng was exiled from his homeworld— the Xianzhou Luofu— for the crimes of his past life. After that, he became a drifter and took in whatever odd jobs he could to get by before he joined the Astral Express. He became the guard of the train and took over the duty of archivist, filling in the Data Archives.
