Setting

• Location: The Xianzhou Luofu
• World Building: In ancient times, multiple ships, known as the Xianzhou, embarked on a celestial voyage to find the miracle medicine of immortality. However, the prolonged journey eroded their resolve until they encountered Yaoshi, the Aeon of Abundance. Yaoshi offered them the gift of immortality, but this “blessing” brought only sorrow, poverty, war, and death. The Xianzhou’s salvation came when Lan, the Aeon of The Hunt, returned to hunt down Yaoshi, helping the Xianzhou recover from their plight.

Following their recovery, the Xianzhou formed an alliance under the guidance of The Hunt, creating the Cloud Knights, a formidable military force. The alliance consists of six Xianzhou flagships, including the Xianzhou Xulinh, home to the Ten-Lords Commission; the Xianzhou Yaoqing, known for its martial prowess and craftsmanship despite its past struggles with Yaoshi’s curse; the Xianzhou Yuque; and the Xianzhou Zhuming. Some time after the exodus of the Vidyadhara, a humanoid long-life species with draconic features that descended from Long, the deceased Aeon of Permanence, from their homeworld, they made an agreement with the Xianzhou Alliance who offered their people a new home, and migrated to five of the six Xianzhou ships. They are responsible for keeping watch over the plaguemarks, also known as Traces of Abundance, that exist on each Xianzhou ship

The Xianzhou Alliance’s mission is to patrol the universe, eradicate Yaoshi’s followers, known as the Abominations of Abundance, and eliminate the undead corruption caused by Yaoshi. Over the years, the alliance has successfully purged countless undead abominations, often invading their worlds to carry out their mission. They now stand as a symbol of resistance against the temptations of immortality, embodying the price that none dare to pay

• World Details: A Vidyadhara's most telling and distinctive feature is their pointed, sharp ears. A long-life species, Vidyadhara molt after living for six or seven hundred years, repairing their bodies, then hatching anew from pearl-like eggs with their past memories gone. They typically go to Scalegorge Waterscape, said to have been added to the Luofu directly from the Vidyadhara’s home world, for the self-reincarnating process. There, Vidyadhara Pearlkeepers will assist and protect their newly-reborn kin.

The Vidyadhara lost their ability to properly reproduce and the problem with the rebirth is that a dead Vidyadhara cannot be reborn, this makes them highly sustainable to going extinct.

The Vidyadhara are capable of an art known as cloudhymn magic or cloudcry magic — the manipulation of water/bodies of water; in a way, water-bending

Imbibitor Lunae is the title used by the Vidyadhara High Elder of the Xianzhou Luofu, successor of the Azure Dragon, Commander of the Clouds and the Rain, and is tasked with watching over a specific plaguemark. High Elders are the leaders of the Vidyadhara. They are raised and hiding by Preceptors and are tasked with solving issues and maintains peace

Origin

• Not much is known about Dan Feng and he likes to keep it that way. The Preceptor that raised him and still guides him now as a High Elders is Preceptor Xuepu
• As a High Elder and the current Imbibitor Lunae, Dan Feng’s main focus is on the Vidyadhara people, he works hard to find a solution to their reproductive problem which causes him a lot of stress
• At some point he also joined the High Cloud Quintet, a group of 5 heroes who fight for the Xianzhou
