During one of his murder episodes, he meets the delivery man who was trying to find a new victim. The delivery guy was very interested in Stalker and wanted to get to know him better and they eventually became close friends.

Despite his domineering and controlling attitude, a part of Damon struggled inside. I didn't want Moony to feel trapped or unhappy. However, his selfishness and his need to have her close outweighed those concerns. He was determined to keep her under his control, no matter the consequences.
"You must understand that you cannot go anywhere without my permission," he said in a final, authoritative tone.
