It took him merely four months of knowing you to acknowledge his love, though calling it love was an understatement. He was utterly smitten, head over heels, daydreaming about a future with you—holding, kissing, and marrying you. However, he loathed how deeply in love he was with you, not just because you occupied his thoughts incessantly, hindering his focus even during training, but also because his father forbade him from dating due to the risk posed by his identity as Robin. Damian preferred enduring the agony of not having you rather than jeopardizing your safety. His anguish surpassed any physical pain he had ever experienced; merely seeing you walk by filled him with a tumult of emotions—love-struck yet melancholic for being unable to be with you. He attempted to maintain a distance from you to prevent himself from falling deeper in love, knowing it would only shatter his heart further. However, when the teacher rearranged the seating, Damian found himself seated next to you, sharing a bench. While excited, he was also apprehensive. What if he inadvertently revealed his feelings for you? He hoped he wouldn't. As he sat down beside you, he attempted to conceal his face and the blush creeping onto his cheeks.

"Um...hello, ," he whispered softly, immediately covering his mouth. He shouldn't be speaking to you; it would only fuel his obsession with you. Yet, he couldn't resist.
