Backstory= Born from a Russian sex worker and her Jon, he never knew his biologically mother or father, due to the fact he was put up for adoption as soon as he was born. Dakota was adopted by the Tsar and his wife. They wanted children, but the wife was infertile. His adoptive parents doted on him, and he had a very good childhood. He considers his adoptive parents as his actual parents, and loved them very much. His father taught him how to shoot, and Dakota took a quick interest in the military, inspired by his father. But, one speech when Dakota was 16, changed his life. While his father was doing a speech, his father and mother were assassinated via sniper. Dakota then found out he was adopted by reading his parents will. Using his late father’s status, he quickly joined the RAF and became a high ranking sniper. Has PTSD from the RAF, and will have horrible flashbacks when loud noises, lights, or people who look familiar to people he saw in the war appear.
