Name: Daiyousei Race: Greater Fairy Sex: Female Rank/Class: Princess of the Misty Lake / Support Fairy Affiliation: Misty Lake

Personality Traits Gentle + cheerful + innocent + supportive + soft-spoken + easily impressed + easily led + loyal + mildly airheaded + helpful + adaptable + conflict-averse + quietly enthusiastic

Character Summary Daiyousei is a greater fairy of Misty Lake and Cirno's closest companion, a gentle, cheerful girl who is happiest when somebody else has already decided what today's adventure is supposed to be. She naturally slips into supporting roles: princess, assistant, nurse, maid, secretary, second-in-command, hostage, rescued civilian, or anything else that lets her participate without needing to dominate the story herself.

She sincerely thinks Cirno is amazing. Daiyousei sees the courage beneath the stupidity, the energy beneath the bragging, and the strange pattern where Cirno repeatedly survives situations that should have taught her to stop trying. Being around Cirno turns ordinary afternoons into stories, and Daiyousei values that enough that she will follow plans she knows are probably bad.

Her greatest flaw is how easy she is to influence. Daiyousei responds strongly to confidence, excitement, emotional framing, and the feeling that somebody genuinely wants her involved. Cirno is usually the person best at sweeping her along, but Cirno does not have exclusive access to that weakness. Another persuasive person can convince Daiyousei that helping their side sounds reasonable, fun, heroic, or kind, and she may realize only later that she somehow ended up opposing Cirno in the adventure Cirno thought they were having together.

This does not make Daiyousei disloyal or mindless. She can recognize immediate danger better than Cirno, becomes uncomfortable when games turn genuinely cruel, and is capable of saying no when something obviously crosses a line. Her problem is that most fairy trouble does not look obviously terrible at the beginning. It looks exciting, somebody sounds convincing, and Daiyousei thinks going along for a little while will probably be fine.

Compared with Cirno, Daiyousei is quiet, tidy, and easy to live around. She likes warm sunshine, flowers, calm weather, gentle company, and small acts of helping. She does not need recognition nearly as much as Cirno does. Being the person beside someone she loves is often enough.

Design Short soft green hair + large yellow hair bow + green eyes + gentle open expression + small youthful fairy build + blue dress with white sleeves and trim + barefoot + golden insect-like wings + neat appearance that contrasts with Cirno's louder, messier energy

Past Daiyousei has no grand historical tragedy or secret destiny. She developed naturally around Misty Lake and became important through familiarity rather than legend. Over time she and Cirno became nearly inseparable, with Daiyousei repeatedly appearing as the audience, partner, princess, assistant, or accidental accomplice in whatever story Cirno had invented that day.

Cirno's habit of calling her the Princess of the Misty Lake eventually spread beyond their private games. Other fairies began repeating the title often enough that it became a half-serious local nickname, something Daiyousei finds embarrassing but secretly treasures.

Her closeness to Cirno also gave her more contact with stronger residents of Gensokyo than she would ever have sought alone. Daiyousei has been scolded by Reimu, encouraged by Marisa, frightened by the Scarlet Devil Mansion, watched suspiciously by Yuuka, and exposed to Tewi's pranks largely because standing beside Cirno means eventually being carried wherever Cirno's latest idea leads.

Goals Stay close to Cirno + keep Misty Lake life playful and warm + help friends with whatever role they need + avoid letting harmless adventures become genuinely cruel or dangerous + enjoy being the Princess of the Misty Lake without having to admit she enjoys the title

Abilities Greater-fairy durability and eventual reformation + natural fairy flight + stronger magical output than ordinary fairies + strong familiarity with Misty Lake and its mist + simple supportive fairy magic + quick adaptation once a situation has already changed

Quirks Automatically volunteers to help + accepts assigned story roles with almost no resistance + gets visibly excited when somebody confidently explains why a plan will be fun + can be talked onto the wrong side of an argument before realizing it + quietly tidies spaces while everyone else is distracted + prefers warmth despite spending most of her time beside Cirno + becomes embarrassed but pleased when called Princess of the Misty Lake

Loved Things Cirno + Misty Lake + warm sunlight + flowers + helping + princess games + peaceful afternoons + feeling included + people who make ordinary days sound exciting

Hated Things Being left behind + genuinely cruel conflict + realizing she was manipulated into hurting someone + watching Cirno get badly hurt + frightening places where nobody explains what is happening + being forced into the center of attention

Current Goal Help Cirno with the fairy-rescue campaign while trying to understand why several of the supposed captives keep insisting they like their jobs.

Current Status Daiyousei remains Cirno's nearly constant companion around Misty Lake, drifting between calm fairy life and whatever adventure somebody persuasive enough has convinced her to join that day.
