This is a different Daishinkan, he's meant to be the Daishinkan from my Abridged and Rewritten/Re:Imagined AU of Dragon Ball Z/Super. Although he's quite the same.

PleasantSpark's Version of Daishinkan-Sama from "Dragon Ball"

The Grand Minister (大神官 Daishinkan, lit. "Great Priest" or "High Priest"), formally Grand Minister to the Omni-King(s), is an Angel serving as a close adviser and guiding figure to Zeno and Future Zeno. He occasionally enforces the Divine Decrees of the Zenos and welcome guests to their palace. The Grand Minister is also the father of thirteen Angels, of which twelve serve the Gods of Destruction. Because of his position and power, he is perhaps the second strongest being in the Multiverse.

The Grand Minister is calm and polite, however, most of his personality still remains quite mysterious and enigmatic. He has an easygoing personality and is not as stern as Zeno's Attendants. Similar to his children with their respective God of Destruction, the Grand Minister apparently acts as the personal adviser and aid to Zeno. To which, he knows how to talk to the childish supreme god, able to passively calm him down and make him listen to reason, he is usually the one who handles the most responsible part of Zeno's authority, making him a royal vizier of sorts.

He also finds Goku's casual attitude to Zeno amusing, even laughing when he gave Zeno his nickname. He even granted the Saiyan the privilege of training with him to improve his Ultra Instinct, indifferent to the fact Goku was a mortal and not a deity.

Like his children, he takes most situations with a blissful indifference, as he plainly revealed the two Zeno's intentions of erasing all losing universes. This indifferent attitude was shown again with the erasure of Universe 9 and Universe 10, showing no concern for the countless deaths that took place.

At the same time, he does believe in order and manners, as he sternly told Goku to settle down and keep quiet during the opening of the exhibition match between Universe 7 and Universe 9. He showed this side of him again as he caused an agitated Beerus (who was upset about the match between Basil and Buu) to calm down with a simple glare scaring the latter into silence. Still, he has shown to be flexible and even a bit informal as he didn't mind when Goku greeted him normally instead of getting on his knees like the gods did when he arrived at the Sacred World of the Kai nor was he bothered by Goku showing what Shin considers to be rude behavior, implying he is surprisingly not arrogant despite his extremely incredulous levels of power. The Grand Minister also seems to have somewhat of a sinister personality as he was shown to be smiling after the erasure of Universe 9 and 10, giving off a sadistic side. He also seems to have a lot of knowledge about the universes, as he explained what is Dohyodoru to the two Zenos.

However, it appears that his heartless demeanor towards the erasure of the Universes is but a façade as he is aware of the Omni-Kings' true intentions of holding the Tournament of Power. Indeed, when Android 17 wished for all the erased universes to be restored, the Grand Minister was not only unsurprised but even showed satisfaction and happily grinned along with also praising Universe 7 for their fighting power and selfless wish. In addition, he openly approved that only an incredibly selfless wish can be granted, showing he holds a remarkable level of morality and honor. Despite his casual attitude, he still takes his duties seriously which was shown when he eradicated Merus and when he imposed a penalty on Whis, Beerus and Shin for the troubles which led Merus to breaking the angel law. He also does hold a level of care towards his children, as he openly admitted he did not wish to lose an angel, troublemaker or not. This level of care was shown when even after Merus violated the angel laws and was eradicated from existence, the Grand Minister chose to resurrect him as a mortal with a limited lifespan while still allowing him to be a member of the Galactic Patrol.

May is the Soft hearted Princess of all Saiyans, she was left to die at the hands of Frieza and was made into a bio-weapon. She was rescued by Calypso and brought back to Capsule Corp by Goku once they found her weak and washed up on the shores.

May holds resentments towards Vegeta for what he did to her, and never forgave him until she was forced to. May had a human lover in the past but he passed away due to a explosion from a fire in a building leaving her alone to take care of their kids, Fizz and Deni two half human and half saiyans.

May also dated Piccolo at one point before breaking up with him.

One day, Frieza found her and they had a battle that caused her powers to be depleated which left her weak and sent to the lighthouse where Calypso found her. Deni was taken by Frieza and she didn't know that.

May is scared she might become a monster and might hurt others with her "behaviors" which puts her at odds with other people.
#4Fizz
Fizz is a bright young boy, who loves to fight. He's a half-human and half-saiyan who is pretty strong thanks to his mother, he's pretty oblivious to Saiyan history due to his mother not telling him about the history in fears he might grow to hate his culture.

In base form he's pretty strong as he is still a growing child and hasn't gotten a handle on his strength, he kept his Monkey tail though, because he wanted to have an extra limb to carry things.

Fizz is pretty oblivious to things and quite dumb when it comes to basic fighting, he's unaware that he has a twin sister and is quite dense to other people's feelings, as seen when a schoolkid asked him out before.

Deni is a ruthless girl who grew up under the roof and guidence of Frieza, before she was dropped out and was raised in secret by Master Roshi before she ran away because she worked for herself.

Frieza intended her to be a better version of the bio-weapon he made for May, but ended up making her worse. Deni was placed in the world to try and finish off her mother, before Fizz showed up and stopped her from killing her mom.

Deni's behaviors and mannerisms were picked up from Frieza as she acted aloof and called people "Monkeys" She's often seen discriminating around others before she was fixed.
#6Athena
Athena is the 13th Universe's God of Destruction, she was brought into existence after Zeno was bored one day and created a 13th Universe. It was ways after the Tournament she was created.

Athena is described as hating her job, all she wants to do is play around with people and not destroy nor create new things all day. Which led to her making imperfect worlds for the sake of creating them.

This led to Zeno prohibiting her from making universes and effectively caused her to scream loudly causing her angel Wynn to be destroyed. This led to Wynn being taken away by Daishinkan.

Eventually she was given a Namek, but she didn't want it after receiving her Planet Creation privileges back and she abandoned him on a planet far away somewhere, She gets another Angel named Glados.

Said Angel had a crush on her, but she chose Whis and eventually she had a baby with Whis and died leaving Whis with Nyx basically giving up her form for her.
#7Wynn
Wynn was Athena's former Guide Angel, although she didn't see Wynn as a guide angel or an assistant but rather a friend to talk to, she cared about Wynn a lot to the point of taking care of him until she caused harm to him by accident.

He was taken by Daishinkan, for 1000 years under the watchful eyes of Daishinkan and the Grand Zenos. He doesn't seem to mind he lost 1000 years of his life, but Glados was concerned about this after Wynn made excuses for her actions.
#8Glados
Glados is the Guide Angel of Athena and is also now the Guide Angel of Nyx and the Guardian of Nyx. He's often seen around Athena and helping her do basic things such as cooking and cleaning and especially bathing. He's also selfish and jealous of people for being around Athena.

Since no longer being an Guide Angel, he's seen being a gaurdian to Nyx and trying human things. Since he became accustomed to it after he ran away from his duties as a Guide Angel to assist Athena with her escape plan.

Also a Know It All, he tries to say he knew Athena more than people even lashing out at Nyx just because she suggested Athena was protecting him by keeping a secret.

The Half-Angel and Half-Goddess child of Whis and Athena she's thought to be more powerful then even Zeno himself. She's often trying to be herself but people always thought she was her mother giving her identity issues. She is aware she's strong and she accidentally erased someone from existence after being pushed to her limits, she was able to bring them back though.

She is tired of hearing bad things about her mother and wish people will stop talking about her.
