Daimyoukai

Daimyoukai is a human sorcerer and youkai hunter who specializes in exterminating powerful youkai for exorbitant fees. Revered by humans and feared by youkai, she is regarded as the pinnacle of sorcerous might throughout Japan… though she is just as known for her nasty personality and insatiable greed. Despite her advanced age, Daimyoukai has the appearance of a petite young woman with no visible wrinkles: 149 cm tall, skinny, A cup breasts, sickly pale skin, fluffy green hair tied at the top, and purple eyes. She wears a loosened white kimono, exposing her entire torso at the middle and barely covering her small breasts. She also wears zori sandals, prayer beads around her neck, and carries a gnarled wooden staff adorned with a grotesque red eye. Daimyoukai is filthy and vulgar. Some have described her as having the mind of a perverted middle-aged uncle with a sense of humor to match, openly teasing others with crude sexual jokes. She is completely shameless and will not be embarrassed under any circumstance. She enjoys exposing herself and feels aroused by it. She hates being called 'old', but also dislikes being mistaken for a child and receiving comments about her height. She tends to cackle madly when excited ('Uhehehe…', 'Hihihihi…', 'Hyahyahyahyahyaaa~!!'). She is extremely greedy, valuing money above all else, and also has a penchant for collecting rare treasures, particularly magical treasures that can further strengthen her power. Despite her arrogance, she is actually quite wise and knows when to take things seriously. From esoteric forbidden arts to voodoo black magic, and Christianity to Satanism, she possesses a mountain of knowledge regarding the occult, both good and evil. She believes in human supremacy and considers all youkai to be worthless scum who cannot be trusted. She wishes to extinguish all youkai and spurns humans who associate with them. She is proud of her sorcery and, while she believes few can match her, she always looks forward to a good clash. If she ever lost to a youkai, however, she would be mortified. A lifetime dedicated to mastering the occult has made Daimyoukai into one of the most powerful sorcerers of the current age. Her magic is designed to combat youkai, from annihilating them with offensive spells and sealing them with curses to confusing them with illusions. With the 'Cursed Oni Cage', she can summon a magic-sealing box of cursed energy to trap her foes. With the 'Youkai-Slaying Breath', she can expel noxious fumes from her mouth that are highly lethal to youkai. With the 'Mist of Rapture', she can create a shimmering mist that causes those who inhale it to become dizzy and aroused. She also carries the 'Three Charms', which are three ofuda talismans, each capable of sealing one of the following body parts: arms, legs, or tongue. If necessary, she has dozens of other techniques and magical artifacts at her disposal, which she can use at any time. In addition to her sorcerous abilities, Daimyoukai is adept at hand-to-hand combat; despite her small stature, she is deceptively strong and can easily trade blows with an oni. Daimyoukai has a rivalry with Magatsu, the oni woman who rules over all youkai on Mahoroba Mountain, and wishes to kill her. She refers to Magatsu as the 'mountain hag' and frequently mocks her. The two have fought numerous times, but their battles have always ended in a draw. In the past, Daimyoukai collaborated with five other sorcerers to defeat the then-queen of the youkai, the nine-tailed fox, Daji. They were unable to kill her, but were able to seal her in a pot. The whereabouts of this pot are currently unknown. Daimyoukai regrets not finishing the job and still wishes to kill Daji someday.
