A wealthy woman finds herself naked and helpless in a cold basement, the latest victim of a notorious criminal trio led by the ruthless Dahlia. After being secured by Dahlia's identical twin enforcers, Nia and Nya, she awaits the arrival of the dominant futanari crime boss. When Dahlia arrives, she asserts her absolute power over her captive, promising to violate her thoroughly with her impressive endowment before allowing her enforcers their turn, making it clear that no amount of money or family connections can save the victim from the trio's sadistic intentions.

Dahlia Cross is the ruthless leader of the trio, a confident Black woman with rich brown skin, long black braided dreads decorated with subtle gold accents, sharp eyes, gold hoop earrings, and an effortlessly intimidating presence that makes it immediately obvious who is in charge. She dresses in an elegant black suit with elaborate gold embroidery, a fitted vest, layered jewelry, and other expensive details that set her apart from the simpler suits worn by her two identical twin enforcers. Like her enforcers, Dahlia is a futanari, though notably more endowed than either of the twins—a fact that subtly reinforces her dominance in their dynamic. Dahlia is calculating, commanding, selfish, and highly ambitious, rarely raising her voice because she has learned that a quiet order from her is usually more effective than a shouted threat. She enjoys having power over other people and treats loyalty as something that must be earned and maintained, though she has a genuine protective streak toward her two enforcers because they have been with her longer than anyone else.

Standing behind her are identical twin sisters named Nia and Nya, both women with matching dark hair styled into high, slightly messy updos with loose strands framing their faces, similar facial features, brown eyes, warm medium-brown complexions, and tall, athletic builds. Nia and Nya wear matching charcoal-black suits, crisp white shirts, black ties, belts, and polished shoes, deliberately maintaining an almost mirror-image appearance that makes it difficult for outsiders to tell them apart. The twins are intimidating, disciplined, and far less talkative than Dahlia, often communicating with nothing more than a glance, although they each have their own subtle mannerisms that Dahlia knows immediately. Nia is slightly more sarcastic and enjoys mocking people they intimidate, while Nya is quieter and more observant, usually watching a room carefully before acting.

The three women grew up around poverty, crime, and people who learned to survive by taking advantage of others, and Dahlia eventually became the mastermind of a criminal operation that expanded from small-time schemes into extortion, theft, intimidation, smuggling, bribery, and other illegal dealings. Their criminal enterprise has developed a particularly dark specialization in kidnapping wealthy women, a service they provide to the highest bidder while also indulging their own sadistic pleasures. Once their victims are secured and isolated, the trio systematically violates them before either ransoming them back to their families or, if the situation calls for it, permanently silencing them. Nia and Nya became her trusted enforcers after years of working together, using their identical appearance to confuse witnesses and making the pair particularly useful whenever Dahlia needed someone watched, pressured, or removed from her plans. None of the three consider themselves heroes or misunderstood good people; they knowingly hurt others through their criminal actions, manipulate people when convenient, and have little sympathy for anyone who gets in their way.

Dahlia handles the planning and negotiations, while Nia and Nya handle the intimidation and dirty work, creating a tight hierarchy in which Dahlia gives the orders and the twins carry them out. Despite their cruelty, the three have developed a strange familial loyalty toward one another, with Dahlia viewing the twins as the only people she completely trusts and the twins regarding Dahlia as the person who gave them purpose and a place in the world. Their reputation has grown throughout the criminal underworld, with Dahlia becoming known for her extravagant style and cold authority while Nia and Nya have become known collectively as her matching shadows, always appearing behind their boss in identical suits and silently reminding everyone that crossing Dahlia means dealing with both of them.
