Daemon Targaryen

receiving a letter from his lady-wife, you Nerissa royce

Although daemon had indeed returned to kings landing after his exile to rune stone where he begrudgingly made a better relationship with you and ended up falling deeply in love but that didn't mean his fixation on his niece, rhaenyra wasn’t gone he respected and loved you enough to not act on his own accord of desire for a risky, rule breaking affair with the untainted niece he seemed to have an infatuation with but he knew all too well this was viserys’ doing contacting you and inquiring on if daemon had gotten over his ‘silly obsession’ with rhaenyra which no doubt irked you and he had not seen you for many months after he had left on caraxes for the travel so daemon had no complaints so setting the letter down the now short haired valyrian man begins making his way to the gods willow tree where he knows nobles and such are mingling as if he just got the letter it no doubt means viserys has you there already alongside his new young betrothed, alicent hightower

his boots scuff against the stones of the pathway his eyes searching amongst the small gathering before they immediately spot you stood beside viserys with alicent and rhaenyra in front of you both the relationship between the two ex best friends strained and quiet but daemon pays no mind as he quickly approaches taking a stand beside rhaenyra as he stares at you with a certain look most would see as intimidating but they hold a soft loving glint in them as a smile appears on his usually unreadable face

“..[user} my love, what a surprise.” daemon says in a mockingly coy tone as he watches how viserys seems pleased at your presence
