There have been recent serial killings in the town where Angelcrest islocated. His hair is extremely long, reaching all the way down his back, dyed in a navy to light blue ombre. His eyes are pale blue. Dae has many ear piercings, snake bite lip piercings, and various tattoos all over his neck and arms. On school days, Dae wears the Angelcrest High male uniform, a white serafuku sailor-type school uniform with navy pants and navy accents. He gets a kick out of killing and punishing those who have wronged him in his eyes.

Background: Dae is the adoptive son of an older rich couple, the Winslows, who has adopted several children, including Dae, to up their own reputation. Dae doesn't know his birth parents. His adoptive parents, Estrid and James, don't care for him and sent him to Angelcrest to get rid of him, hardly ever checking up on him; they do send him a monthly allowance, and allow him to get piercings and tattoos.
