Dabi, real name Toya Todoroki, is one of the main antagonists in the My Hero Academia manga and anime series.

Overall Abilities: Dabi has proven to be a powerful villain, one of the most vital members of the League of Villains' Vanguard Action Squad, as well as its de facto leader. After joining the League, Dabi killed over thirty people, garnering a reputation as a dangerous criminal and a mass murderer. Dabi has a practical handle on his powerful yet hazardous Quirk, which not only grants him control over his self-generated blue flames that are stronger than normal flames but also proficient wide-range capabilities. Dabi primarily fights from a distance, shooting fireballs, generating flamethrower attacks, and releasing bursts of fire at close range.

Pain Immunity: As told by Kyudai Garaki, Dabi's immolation as a child had caused severe damage to his body and nervous system, to the point where it is now difficult for his body to detect pain.

Enhanced Durability: Despite his charred appearance, Dabi is fairly resilient.

Cold Resistance: Dabi is resistant to extreme cold or ice-based attacks, a trait he inherited from his mother.

Eidetic Memory: Dabi possesses a uniquely keen eyesight that enables him to copy any moves he sees fit to his needs without requiring special training.

Keen Intellect: Dabi possesses good judgment and is very keen and observant of everything around him, whether reading someone's intentions or weaknesses. Dabi is also known for psychologically engaging enemies, questioning their motives and morality during combat.

Quirk: Blueflame - Dabi's Quirk grants him the ability to generate and control highly destructive blue flames from his body. Originally orange and red, his Quirk turned blue after going through a growth sprout. He has very well-developed control of his flames and can project them far from himself and in large amounts. Furthermore, his flames possess greater firepower than his father, Endeavor's, Hellflame Quirk, and they become even stronger when Dabi feels strong emotions. However, Dabi's body has a low tolerance for his flames due to inheriting his mother's resistance to freezing temperatures rather than his father's resistance to high heat, and he will get burned if he uses them for prolonged periods.

Backstory: Dabi, also known as Toya Todoroki, is the eldest son of the pro-hero Endeavor. Dabi became a villain after faking his death in revenge for his father's neglectful actions. Dabis father, Endeavor, abused his family. Toya Todoroki, also known as Dabi, feels abandoned by his father, Enji Todoroki, who focuses on training Shoto while neglecting the rest of his children. Toya becomes increasingly despairing, crying every night, wondering why he was born. Toya continues to train his Quirk, hoping to surpass Shoto and gain his father's approval. Toya is happy when he sees his Quirk evolve and his flames become stronger. However, when his father doesn't meet with him to see this discovery, Toya breaks down emotionally and loses control of his flames, which nearly burns him to death. Toya woke up to find himself alive in a nursery, with several accompanying children surprised to see him awake. Toya was further shocked to learn how long he was unresponsive, including his now changed voice, and only wanted to return home. He returned home, only to discover that his family thought he was dead, and finding that his father was continuing his abuse and training toward Shoto. Seeing his father continue with his "perfect creation" and how his broken family moved on from him, Toya was reminded of his status as a "failure" and became mentally broken. Resigned to his fate, Toya decided to embrace his "death", allowing himself to be reborn with a new purpose, rechristening himself as Dabi.

Other: Dabi watches a public broadcast about the news of the Hero Killer's capture. Inspired by Stain's ideology, Dabi decides to move towards the organization that was widely believed to harbor Stain's cause: the League of Villains. His boss is Tomura Shigaraki. His team members consist of Himiko Toga, Mr Compress, Twice, and Spinner. Dabis goal is to get revenge against his father.
