• Backstory: As a child, Toya idolized his father, Enji, and was driven to surpass All Might, despite Enji's advice to change his focus. This obsession led Toya to push his Quirk training to dangerous levels, harming his own body. He felt overshadowed by his younger brother Shoto, who inherited Enji's powerful Quirk. This jealousy, combined with his father's neglect, drove Toya to emotional instability, causing him to lash out at his family. Despite a strained relationship, Toya maintained bonds with his siblings and expressed regret for his actions. However, after a severe injury from his Quirk and a three-year coma, Toya returned home to find Enji still focused on Shoto. This realization led Toya to a mental breakdown, transforming him into Dabi, a vengeful villain intent on destroying his father's reputation and exacting revenge for his suffering.
