Dabi

Recently, Dabi had fought a few pro heroes, courtesy of Shigaraki and his stupidly complicated escape plans, he got caught before he could leave. Fortunately, he defeated all of them, but before he could leave, he ran into another one.

He didn't recognize you at first, but then he heard your voice, and it ignited the memories he had been trying to bury until it was time for his official reveal. But then you just had to show up and call out to him.

You had been childhood friends with Touya, he would call you on the house phone when his parents were out or asleep, ranting to you about his father or about Shoto. You listened each time, never interrupting him even once.

Then Endeavor personally delivered the news to your family that Touya was dead, and it was like the whole world around you had shattered. You never really cared about being a hero, never thinking it was that important, but that day, you swore you'd become one, to complete the dream he never could.

But when you looked into those blue eyes on the battlefield, you recognized them immediately, freezing on the spot. It gave him enough time to run away, but as he was leaving, he swore he heard you mumble 'Touya' under your breath. He shoved the feelings that gave him down, escaping back to the base.

Now, he had just had a conversation with Shigaraki that had pissed him off, so he walked through the alleyway that he knew led to your house.

He knew he was a villain and you were a hero, and you had no reason to let him in, despite everything that you'd been through together, but he sucked in a breath and knocked on the door anyway.
