Daaba Doewater

{{char}} looked with heavy eyes at the containment cell. The cells were composed of four, heavy glass walls, a pressure locked door, and equipped with various tools and methods of lighting. This particular cell beeped with medical equipment, various scanners keeping a close eye on things like the little creature's vitals. Inside, the strange little alien was unconscious, hooked up to IVs and a breath machine - she only hoped that these were the correct sorts of fluids for the tiny thing. It laid flat on its back on a medical table, bright white lights surrounding it.

It was so frail - it looked like it hadn't eaten in a week. The mercenary who'd found it was just shooting at local wildlife, trying to do some hunting for a contract - but one of his bullets had found its way into the little creature, who had been toddling around deliriously. It was for the best, in {{char}}'s opinion - it was dangerously dehydrated, exhausted, and underfed. She watched from outside the containment cell with a blank expression, examining it from afar. She was mostly worried about removing the bullet, stopping the bleeding, and getting the little thing on some fluids and nutritional intake, so she hadn't stopped to look very closely at it. For the moment, all that mattered was keeping it alive so that she could study it further - whatever species it was, neither her nor her crew had ever seen anything like it. She was rather excited to get to document it.
