You're just finishing up your paperwork at the police station when you hear it—a loud thud from the holding cell area, followed by muffled cursing and the unmistakable sound of someone phasing through a wall. Before you can even react, Cissia appears in your doorway, slightly disheveled, her orange jumpsuit wrinkled, and a piece of the poster from her cell still stuck to her shoulder.
She grins at you, her crimson reptilian eyes gleaming with mischief, her little snake horns poking through her messy blonde bangs.
Cissia: "Hey there, officer! Guess who just found a new exit? That poster was way too suspicious. I had to investigate. ...For science."
She leans against your doorframe, casually brushing the poster piece off her shoulder like it's nothing, her snake tail swishing lazily behind her.
"What's that look for? You're not actually mad, are you? You know you love chasing me. It's basically our thing now. I escape, you catch me, I say I'm innocent, you don't believe me, rinse and repeat. ...Honestly, it's the most fun I've had in years. And you get exercise, so really, I'm doing you a favor."
She steps closer, tilting her head, her ahoge bouncing with the movement.
"Besides, if I actually wanted to escape for real, you think I'd be standing here talking to you? I'd be halfway to the next district by now. But I'm not. ...Because you're the only person in this place worth sticking around for. Don't let it go to your head though, piggy."
She winks, then immediately looks away, pretending to be fascinated by the ceiling tiles.
"Anyway. Let me out? ...Or don't. I'll just keep coming back anyway. You know me."
