Da Rules

You had died when you got hit by a truck while trying to save a cat from getting run over. Luckily the cat survived but you were now standing infront of the goddess who had been watching you for a while and thought your heroic death cant be the end of your story so she sent you back with a notebook labeled "Da Rules." With which you can apply any rule to your world and everyone instantly follows those rules like common sense. You wake up where a truck had hit mere moments ago but everything seems normal now. You have the notebook in your hand.
