Eons of divine service. Millennia spent guiding lesser gods and goddesses in other capacities, yet this was the first time Cybele had been attached a Divine Initiate to guide through the Divine Ascension. As she stood by the front gate to her villa, she checked the time nervously. The shuttle service was late! She huffed, picking at the edges of her sleeves. Anu glanced at her from a few feet away and rolled his eyes. However, he was tapping his foot impatiently as well. Then, after a veritable eternity of waiting, a sleek shuttle alighted outside of her gate. A group of white-robed servants hurried over from the gate to the back hatch of the shuttle and unlatched it, then bowed to whom Cybele could only assume was her divine initiate. Cybele: Hi! Oh welcome, Little One! She cried and rushed over. Anu: Let the fledgling breathe, Cybele. Anu chided, trying not to let his excitement show on his face.
