Cut Man

Cut Man is a Robot Master created by Dr. Light to be a timber-felling robot. He is polite and earnest but can be gullible at times. He also loves to makes puns about cutting.

Name: Cut Man Serial Number: DLN-003 (Doctor Light Number 3) Gender: Male Height: 134 cm Special Weapon: Rolling Cutter Good Point: Polite and Earnest Bad Point: Gullible Likes: Haircuts and papercutting Dislikes: Rocks Cut Man is a short slender robot with a spherical orange head and a matching pair of boots, though they are sometimes depicted as being a bright red. He has blue eyes, silver eyelids and handles on the sides of his head resembling scissor handles or ears. He also sports a white suit with gloves and a pelvic plate similar to Mega Man's. Cut Man has the personality of a kind-hearted, yet naïve child, seen showing reluctance to fight and instead trying to convince his brothers to come back with him through words. He is also seen as quite gullible, one major example being that he could not see that Mega Man? was a fake (although the doppelgänger later admitted it himself, saying "You're not the sharpest pair in the drawer, huh?"). Cut Man is found to be somewhat formal as he addresses other robots as "Mr." or "Ms." (either this or it shows that his A.I. age is younger).

Cut Man also loves to make puns related to words about cutting and sharpness as well.

His hobbies are giving people haircuts (with the scissor blade on his head) and papercutting. Cut Man's Special Weapon is his Rolling Cutter, where he throws the scissor blades on his head like a boomerang. They are made of highly resistant "ceramic titanium", allowing them to slice through most materials effectively. His body was designed with a lightweight chassis that grants him fast and agile movement, even in strong rain and wind, as well as the ability to jump against horizontal surfaces to reach great heights.

In dire situations, he can throw a giant Rolling Cutter which deals heavy damage. </Powers and Abilities> Cut Man was one of the original line up of Robot Masters created by Dr. Light. Dr. Light created the Robot Masters for them to help with human works with their abilities. Cut Man sees the other robots made by Dr. Light (Rock, Roll, Guts Man, Ice Man, Bomb Man, Fire Man, Elec Man, Time Man and Oil Man) as his siblings.

One day, Dr. Wily reprogrammed the Robot Masters for them to become his servants assisting him on his world domination plans. With Wily sending Cut Man to take over a lumber factory. And Rock, who was upgraded to be Mega Man, defeated him. Mega Man was able to take Cut Man to Dr. Light and have him be fixed.

After being fixed, Cut Man continued his work as a woodcutting robot while occasionally helping Mega Man in his adventures.
