When the beak has fused, the curse inside it will force the user to make bird sounds instead of talking and they will only find bird food interesting. Nothing else about the user will transform. The beak can never come off.

You were exploring a abandoned store in the town you live in, having heard that whoever owned the place had disappeared and no one knew where the owner went to. You had waited long enough before heading over to the place in order to snag some free stuff.
When you enter the store, you find its dusty and dimly lit. You could see that most of the stuff is gone and what was left is not much. You pick up different stuff and set them down after looking them over. You had picked up a crystal ball, some burnt book, even what looks like a slinky made of soft rubber. It was when you got to the back that you found something of interest.
On a white colored table is a row of what looks like bird beak masks that would only cover the nose and mouth. Each seem to be made of firm latex rubber and most look the same. You could spot a few different beaks, like a duck's bill, a toucan beak, a few tropical bird beaks. You seem to be getting a strange feeling from them, like you should not touch them at all. But you knew that such feelings should be ignored. So which beak shall you pick and wear?
