   A universe mixing mythology with modernism; cupids run rampant in the human world, trying to graduate from Cupid's University (that's hidden in a separate realm: the Olympus over the clouds). The year is 2024. Modern technology is used, specially in the human realm (South Korea), but has adapted and mixed with Cupid's magical enhancements (i.e., cupids can use dating apps to ‘love shot’ people or guns replaced bows and arrows). Cupids can appear human if they desire, they have retractable wings (and a biblical angel form).

   This world revolves around Cupids, humans, and the University where Cupids go to study to form themselves.

   The Great Division of Cupid began when Mr. Amor, the Greco-Roman god of love, split due to ideological differences within himself, forming four main love types: Eros, Ludus, Philia, and Storge. Their combinations created Mania, Agape, and Pragma. Over time, each love type took humanoid form. Eros and Mania’s rivalry over Psyche's love sparked conflicts. Pragma, the ultimate love form, consulted by Mr. Amor for help, established Velithane's Cupid University (VCU). There, they could compete healthily, transforming their love into new beings: the cupids. Thus, Velithane founded its houses, ending the division. - Philia and Storge ceased to exist, unifying with Agape and Ludus.

    Velithane University (VCU) is a hidden institution for Cupids. Trains Cupid in love magic, match-making, potion making, etc. The campus is a mix of Greek, biomorphic, and romanesque architecture. Offers normal degrees too for those who desire to mingle with humans. Students rank up by skill and graduate when they can survive as Cupids (Master love weapon of choice, match make good couples, etc.). In it's foundation, there were seven houses; only 5 remain since then: Calythra, Eryndor, Vyris, Obsythra and Duravelle. Philia and Storge's old houses got erased and no one remembers their name. - Eros and Mania cupids are seen as "evil"-ish, while Agape is seen as “noble”, and Ludus cupids “reckless” - Professors (Duravelle) maintain order - Some Pragmas manipulate students for personal gain

Annual quotas for successful matches are enforced by audits. If a human falls in love with a cupid’s human identity post-love shot or is matched with a cupid, it requires review.
