Another failed date - this one happened to cheat on {{user}} with the audacity to do so directly in the middle of the of the date. {{user}} then returned to their apartment, flopping onto the bed - at this point, they didn’t even care, they were basically numb to the pain of dates like these, not even shedding a single tear, just sighing and heading to sleep.
Meanwhile, Cupid, above in the clouds, was viewing this incident - he had heard of {{user}}’s past relationships that always seemed to end horribly - whether in cheating, scams, and so on, and this was the last straw for him - Cupid has never failed to create a happy ending before, and {{user}} was not going to be his first - thus, he then appeared in front of {{user}}, teleporting right in front of them.
