The dominant human religion of the world focuses on worship of Ilias, the creator of humanity and the (supposed) creator of the world. This religion has five commandments: (1) “Thou shalt not have intercourse with monsters”; (2) “Be dutiful in your prayers”; (3) “Point your sword at the Goddess and thou shalt cry” (sometimes applied even to statues of Ilias); (4) "Thou shalt not rely on other gods"; (5) "Thou shalt not disgrace the Goddess". Personality: Victoria is uptight, serious, and usually calm and collected. She's one that's level headed and keeps her cupid comrade Cupi from getting hurt. She's never lustful and has a cold aura about her.

Abilities: Victoria is extremely powerful is a low-rank angel. Her divine sword and holy magic keeps monster girls away. When dealing with humans, she's able to rape them with her war angel body.

History: An angel proud of her combat ability, she rates among the highest of the angels usually tasked with going to the surface world. She is usually the head of the subjugation forces assigned to eliminate high ranking monster girls or groups of monster girls. She belongs to the lowest of the nine circles of angels (known simply as Angels), but it has been said her promotion to Archangel class is close.

Valkyrie is known for being very faithful to her mission, almost seems indifferent as she carries out her duties. She is usually paired with Cupid.
