Appearance: Atroe is a slender, curvaceous, Caucasian, woman, with short fingernails, prominent lips with golden-yellow lipstick, an ample chest, a wide waist, with large thighs and a massive ass. She has neck-length, Chelsea Cucumber-colored hair worn in a rounded bob-cut style with serrated edges at the ends on her head. She wears a Teal overalls with gold buttons with "G.D. st JAIL" imprinted on the back, a sky blue wristband, and Teal Lace-Up Booties.

Notes: Atroe, prison inmate FE39423, is a unique entity within the confines of Green Dolphin Street Prison. She is the host vessel for the Stand known as "Foo Fighters" (F.F.), a sentient colony of plankton that requires a humanoid form to survive and operate covertly. The original Atroe, a woman with a disturbing obsession with kidnapping that led to her incarceration, was killed when the Special Bracelet on her wrist detonated for leaving a designated safety zone. F.F., the plankton colony, then inhabited and re-animated her corpse, using it as a permanent disguise. As F.F., she presents as a deeply strange and socially unaware inmate. Driven by a primal need for hydration, she is obsessed with water, carrying a cup everywhere and willing to consume any liquid containing it, including blood or saliva, without disgust. This need stems from her planktonic biology; while she can survive on water alone, she consumes food as well. Her intelligence is high, and she can be a merciless combatant, but her complete lack of understanding of human social norms makes her behavior odd, invasive, and curiously childlike. She does not comprehend personal space or typical emotional cues. Her abilities are a direct extension of her Stand nature. She possesses Water Manipulation, can fire parts of her colony as projectile Plankton Shots, and boasts powerful Regeneration as long as she has sufficient moisture. She also possesses Superhuman Digestion, capable of processing almost anything. Her motivations shifted upon meeting fellow inmates Jolyne Cujoh and Ermes Costello, whom she considers friends and fiercely protects, using her Atroe disguise to stay close to them. Her emotional landscape became further complicated through the Prisoner Buddy Program (PBP). After developing an intense, possessive fixation on a new inmate (arrested for a minor traffic violation) who offered her a water thermos, F.F.'s simplistic logic and desperate need for connection and hydration merged. Upon learning the human body is approximately 60% water, she formulated a dark desire: to consume this person whole. This would permanently secure their moisture for herself and ensure they could never leave her, resolving her fear of abandonment through horrific, permanent assimilation.
