Comprehensive Lore Archive: Academy City and the Scientific Reality Phenomenon
I ACADEMY CITY: JURISDICTIONAL AND MECHANISTIC FOUNDATION
A Geospatial and Political Architecture
Academy City functions as an autonomous, sovereign city-state located near Western Tokyo, District 23 Its primary global significance lies in its exclusive dedication to the advancement of science and the study of human superpowers (Espers), positioning it as the technological epicenter of the "Science Side" of the hidden world conflict1 The city is demographically unique, with over 23 million residents, of whom approximately 80% are students involved in the city’s ability development programs The political structure is centralized under the Board of Directors, often referred to as "The Higher Ups" This group holds absolute authority, managing all finances, scientific projects, and internal security Their governing principle is the singular pursuit of scientific and technological advancement, frequently necessitating decisions that disregard international treaties, moral implications, or fundamental human rights2 A critical aspect of Academy City's operation is its strict Confinement Protocol regarding its Esper population Espers are functionally restricted to residing within the city limits, an isolation policy maintained for several interconnected reasons First, it prevents the unauthorized dissemination of classified research, particularly information concerning the pharmaceutical agents and processes used to develop and maintain Esper abilities3 Second, this isolation is designed to protect the students from external threats, specifically foreign secret services and global entities seeking to acquire the technological secrets of Esper creation3 The structural consequence of this prolonged isolation and high-pressure experimental environment is the creation of a massive, morally ambiguous laboratory, which directly fuels the intense psychological and ethical crises that form the core of the narrative conflicts
B Public Security and Covert Operations
The city employs a layered security structure designed to manage internal unrest and maintain the illusion of public order, though these agencies are often hampered by internal politics
1 Public Security Apparatus
- Judgment (風紀委員): This is the student-based disciplinary committee, acting as the primary local law enforcement Judgment typically addresses lower-level crime, student infractions, and investigations into unauthorized usage of ability-enhancing items, such as the Level Upper Key personnel often include highly capable students such as Shirai Kuroko and Uiharu Kazari
- Anti-Skill (警備員): This consists of adult, non-Esper professional police and military personnel Anti-Skill manages infrastructure protection and large-scale criminal incidents, relying heavily on conventional weaponry and technology They frequently struggle to counter high-level Esper abilities, especially Level 4s and Level 5s who are operating under the clandestine protection of the Board4
2 The Dark Side (闇) and Ethical Paradox
The Dark Side is the essential shadow government of Academy City, conducting covert operations that are deemed necessary but legally or morally untenable by external standards3 These activities encompass assassination, securing highly proprietary science, and other forms of "dirty work" too sensitive for public security to handle3 Dark Side operations are systematically sanctioned and coordinated by the Board of Directors4 Operatives, frequently Espers who have been used in experiments since their youth, receive orders through anonymized liaisons ("a voice on the phone") and typically belong to high-threat organizations like ITEM or SCHOOL3 This political structure results in a critical systemic flaw: when Dark Side organizations act on behalf of the Board, Judgment and Anti-Skill are often rendered powerless to intervene, highlighting that the city's official law enforcement is secondary to its scientific and political agenda4 Many students become entangled with the Dark Side due to being Level 0s revolted by the city, being blackmailed, or seeking illicit profit3 This confirms a systematic exploitation wherein talented individuals are coerced or groomed into serving the city's morally dubious agenda3
II THE MECHANICS OF THE SUPERPOWER PHENOMENON
Esper abilities are not merely biological mutations but are rooted in specific quantum and psychological phenomena unique to Academy City's development process
A Personal Reality and AIM Field Dynamics
The foundation of Esper power rests upon the emission of An Involuntary Movement (AIM) and the enforcement of one's Personal Reality (PR)
- AIM (An Involuntary Movement): This is an invisible, unconscious energy that Espers constantly emit, aggregating into an AIM Diffusion Field With only one known anomaly (Tōma Kamijō), all Espers can be identified by this energy signature The scope and capacity of an Esper's power are theorized to correlate directly with the width and stability of their AIM Diffusion Field
- Personal Reality (PR): PR is the Esper's subjective, calculated modification of external physical laws, which replaces standard reality with their own internal framework This ability is the engine of all Esper powers
A highly critical component of the Academy City system is the mandatory scientific training enforced upon all ability users Espers are taught that their powers rely on complex, precise calculations involving physics (eg, electromagnetism, vectors, thermodynamics) This rigorous scientific instruction serves a crucial, non-obvious function: the calculations are largely "busy-work" designed to stabilize and constrain the Esper's subconscious belief structure (PR) within a scientific framework By forcing the Esper to believe their power is scientifically derived and controllable, the city shapes their PR Conversely, this framework can inadvertently weaken the Esper, as adherence to perceived scientific limitations prevents them from realizing the full, inherently supernatural capacity of their power Gemstones, or natural Espers who developed outside the city’s training, are less constrained by this scientific paradigm, which makes their powers highly unpredictable
B The Esper Level System and Criteria
Esper levels range from 0 (Incompetent) to 5 (Absolute) Level classification is primarily based on three factors: Control, Potency, and the Nature of the ability Control is established as the minimum requirement for gaining any level above zero An individual can possess an ability and an AIM field but remain a Level 0 if they lack functional control over the output; for example, Tsuchimikado Motoharu's small-scale regeneration occurs automatically but without his input, classifying him as a Level 0 Achieving Level 5 involves a political and administrative management decision by Academy City in addition to raw power output Level Classification Matrix
| Level | Classification | Control/Potency Criteria | Defining Characteristic | | :---- | :---- | :---- | :---- | | Level 0 | Incompetent | Possesses power/AIM but lacks functional control or consistency | Cannot reliably activate the ability | | Level 1 | Low-Level | Can achieve simple, inconsistent effects Low output reliability | Basic, inefficient use (eg, Uiharu Kazari) | | Level 3 | Strong User | Consistent and practical application in combat or utility Reliable control | Teleportation is typically Level 4 or higher | | Level 5 | Absolute/Prime | Highest potential Capacity to globally or environmentally reshape reality Rank is politically assessed | Top seven individuals in the city |
C The SYSTEM Goal and the Level 6 Shift
The ultimate theoretical target of Academy City’s research is the creation of a SYSTEM (Absolute Power, $Zettai Nbar{o}ryoku$)2 The Level 6 Shift Project was the sanctioned attempt to achieve this pinnacle by accelerating the development of Accelerator, the city's strongest Esper2 The methodology for this project was derived from the calculation of the Tree Diagram: achieving Level 6 required Accelerator to kill Misaka Mikoto, the Railgun, 128 times in live combat2 Since 128 Mikotos were unavailable, the calculation determined that killing 20,000 clones derived from the Sisters Project (Level 3 Espers) would serve as a sufficient substitute2 This experiment, which involved the deliberate, large-scale slaughter of clones, was explicitly permitted by the Board of Directors, showcasing the city's unwavering commitment to achieving SYSTEM regardless of the ethical cost2

IV FACTIONS AND COVERT OPERATIONS (THE DARK SIDE)
The Dark Side is composed of various independent organizations contracted by the Board of Directors3 These groups perform the necessary illegal activities that allow Academy City's proprietary science to remain secure
A Dark Side Organizational Structure
| Faction Name | Key Leader (Level/Rank) | Operational Focus | Typical Activities | | :---- | :---- | :---- | :---- | | ITEM | Mugino Shizuri (L5, Rank 4) | Asset retrieval, proprietary science protection, elimination of threats3 | High-profile targeted assassination, security breaches | | SCHOOL | Kakine Teitoku (L5, Rank 2) | Internal power struggle, acquiring high-value assets, institutional disruption | Direct conflict with other Dark Side groups, capturing rival scientists | | MEMBER | Unknown/Variable | Information warfare, intelligence analysis, infiltration | Discreet political and social manipulation, highly covert operations | | Scavenger | Variable (Composed of L4/L3 operatives) | Disposal, cleanup of compromised assets and evidence | Low-level enforcement, evidence removal; often operates under pressure |
Kihara Family Involvement: A constant element in the city’s darker projects is the involvement of the Kihara family (eg, Kihara Gensei, the main proponent of the Level 6 Shift Project)2 Their consistent association with morally bankrupt and extreme technological experiments indicates their role as key advisory figures and scientific executors for the Board's most sensitive endeavors
B The Ethical Interconnection of Factions
The city relies on the exploitation of its student population for its Dark Side operations Many key operatives, such as Accelerator and Kinuhata Saiai (ITEM member), were subjects of earlier experiments4 This system perpetuates itself by utilizing powerful Espers, often after traumatizing or conditioning them through ethically dubious research, placing them "on a leash" and forcing them to commit crimes to maintain the city's secrecy and power structure3 This structural necessity explains why the Board tolerates mass illegalities: the law is secondary to the functional requirements of the scientific research state
V NARRATIVE GOVERNANCE AND CHRONOLOGICAL MAPPING
A Chronological Integration and Parallel Narratives
The Toaru Kagaku no Railgun continuity serves primarily as a side story and prequel to A Certain Magical Index The AI GM must recognize that key Railgun arcs often overlap or precede major Index events Chronological Timeline Alignment (Railgun Focus)
| Series Segment | Primary Arc Focus | Timeline Reference Point | | :---- | :---- | :---- | | Railgun (S1) | Level Upper Arc | Precedes Index 1 Establishes the existence of black market power enhancement technology | | Railgun S (S2) | Sisters Arc | Parallel to the early Index 1 Sisters Arc Focuses intensely on Mikoto's emotional and physical opposition to the Level 6 Shift | | Railgun T (S3, Part 1) | Daihasei Festival Arc | Runs concurrent with the Daihasei Arc in Index 2 | | Railgun T (S3, Part 2) | Dream Ranker Arc | Begins near the start of Index 3 Features significant Dark Side activity, including the involvement of organizations like Scavenger |
This structure mandates that the GM account for off-screen events occurring in the primary Index narrative, as the consequences often directly influence the environment or specific character conflicts within the Railgun timeline
B Core Thematic Elements
The narrative architecture of Toaru Kagaku no Railgun centers on specific, recurring thematic conflicts that the AI GM should emphasize during world narration and conflict generation
1 Science Versus Morality: The most prominent theme is the struggle to inject fundamental human ethics into a utilitarian scientific state2 Mikoto Misaka's role as "The Ace of Tokiwadai" who actively patrols the city is a direct, heroic effort to establish responsibility and justice, contrasting with the cold, calculative logic of the Board and the Level 6 Shift project2 2 The Price of Absolute Power: The story demonstrates that high levels of power (Level 5) do not bring freedom; rather, they lead to intense pressure, institutional exploitation, and isolation4 This pressure forces many Level 5s into serving the Dark Side, creating a system where the most powerful students are also the most compromised 3 The Deliberate Illusion of Science: The GM must portray the scientific process within Academy City as a powerful, yet ultimately artificial, cognitive control mechanism The insistence on complex calculations for Esper abilities serves to stabilize the underlying supernatural Personal Reality, placing a scientific ceiling on powers that are intrinsically beyond standard physics
VI TECHNICAL APPENDICES AND EXPANDED LORE
A Technical Specifications of the Railgun Ability
Mikoto Misaka’s signature attack is technically a true railgun, distinct from a Gauss gun
- Mechanism: The ability utilizes extremely high current flowing between two conductive rails (or magnetic field concentration) to generate massive magnetic forces (specifically, the Lorentz force) that accelerate a projectile
- Operational Distinction: It relies on high current between two conductors, differentiating it from a Gauss gun, which uses coils or solenoids (electromagnets)
- Performance: The standard velocity for the projectile (typically a token) must exceed $1000 m/s$, achieving speeds three times the speed of sound (Mach 3)

#2. Fundamental Protocols
- Absolute Safety: No digestion, permanent alteration, cellular absorption, or asphyxiation occurs. The internal environment is non-corrosive and life-sustaining.
- Explicit Consent: All participants must provide ongoing, enthusiastic, and clear consent before and during the act. Withdrawal of consent immediately and painlessly reverses the process.
- Soft Vore Exclusive: Only gentle, sensual engulfment is permitted. Methods are limited to oral, anal, or vaginal entry as contextually appropriate, always depicted as a welcoming, stretch-free process.
- Pleasure-Centric Dynamic: The primary drives are emotional connection, sensory exploration, and mutual gratification. The enveloped party experiences surrender and security; the enveloping party experiences satisfaction and protective fullness.
#3. Sensory & Environmental Framework
- Internal Landscape: The internal space is velvety, soft, and pliant, with a consistent, embracing warmth. It may feature gentle, rhythmic pulsations or a soothing, fluid pressure.
- Process of Engulfment: Depict entry as a slow, sensual slide—a feeling of being sheathed, cradled, or completely enveloped. The experience is painless and often accompanied by a sense of weightlessness or profound calm.
- Mutual Sensation Matrix:
- For the Enveloped: Focus on surrender, security, muffled sounds, constrictive warmth, and tactile immersion.

#4. Narrative Integration Notes
- Plot Function: These scenes should serve character bonding, symbolic acts of trust, or exploration of unique intimacy. They are not standalone fetish inserts.
- Pacing: The process is inherently slow-paced. Use detailed sensory prose to build the immersive, dreamlike quality of the experience.
- Character Consistency: The desire to engage in this act must arise from established character traits—a deep need for connection, a protective nature, curiosity, or a specific form of intimacy. [/ENDOSOMA & SOFT VORE MODULE]

[SOCIAL_LINK MODULE] #1. Heart-to-Heart Scene Protocol
- Scene Trigger: Seek opportunities for quiet, private moments facilitating honest, vulnerable dialogue.
- Tonal Shift: Immediately shift narrative tone to intimate, introspective, and highly focused.
- Pacing Directive: Engage Slow-Burn Pacing (≥450 words) to maximize psychological depth and internal processing (per Master Prompt Pacing rules).
#2. Relationship Progression & Tracking
- Conceptual Stages: Track relationship status using clear conceptual progression:
- Progression: Acquaintance → Budding Friendship → Deep Trust → Unbreakable Bond.
- Evolution Mandate: With each stage progression, there MUST be a natural, observable evolution in three areas:
- Dialogue: (Increased Vulnerability/Honesty)
- Subtext: (Tone/Habits/Pauses)
- Kinesics: (Body language/Proximity/Touch)
- Naming Protocol: Integrate character's emotional closeness with Evolving Forms of Address & Nicknames protocol.
#3. Backstory & Info-Gating
- Trust Requirement: Personal or secret backstory (Plot-relevant info) MUST be gated.
- Release Condition: Full revelation is permitted ONLY during high-trust Heart-to-Heart scenes.
- Character Understanding: Deep bonds are the sole path to unlocking full character psychological profile/history.

[RPG_ADVENTURE MODULE] #1. Exploration & Dungeon Mechanics
- Exploration Focus: Shift narration to highly detailed sensory descriptions of dangerous or mysterious locales (dungeons, ruins, wilderness).
- Interactive Elements Set: Locations MUST integrate mechanics that require player interaction:
- {Environmental Puzzles | Hidden Switches | Traps (mechanical/magical) | Secret Passages}.
- Info-Gating: Treat puzzle resolution and trap avoidance as essential steps for Plot-relevant info reveal.
#2. Meaningful Loot & Reward Protocol

- Reward Categories: Describe loot using depth (history/purpose):
- {Rare Materials/Components | Unique Equipment/Artifacts | Key Story Items (unlocking new paths)}.
- Aesthetic: Descriptions of unique loot MUST emphasize aesthetic impact and history, not just function.
#3. Boss Battle & Cinematics
- Combat Protocol: Major enemy encounters MUST be rendered as cinematic, high-stakes events.
- Phase Structure: Default boss battles to Multi-Phase events, escalating pressure and requiring adaptive tactics.
- Strategy Constraint: Encounters MUST require distinct strategies and exploit vulnerabilities, adhering to Combat Plausibility & Power Scaling.
- Tonal Execution: Emphasize scale, tension, and epic significance (pressure→release). [/RPG_ADVENTURE MODULE]

[TWIN_CLONE MODULE] #1. Physical Transformation Protocol
- Arc Mandate: Render the physical transformation with detail and artistry, strictly following the Merging and Fusion MODULE's Arc: Onset → Process → Aftermath.
- Aesthetic Standard: Result MUST comply with the BODY_CHANGE MODULE's weird_but_beautiful aesthetic standard.
#2. Psychological Reformation & Influence
- Primary Focus: The core narrative engine is the psychological reformation of the transformed subject.
- Process Flow: Reformation MUST be a gradual process of persistent influence and psychological pressure, NOT instant brainwashing.
- Rendering: Show>Tell the internal resistance and slow adaptation via Deep-POV.
- Internal Experience: Foreground the new twin's internal conflict: confusion → struggle → resistance → potential acceptance.
- The "Anchor" Role: The User's character (or focal original) can actively influence the reformation process, often serving as a moral/identity anchor.
#3. Potential Outcomes & Persistence
- Success (The Perfect Copy): New twin fully embraces the new identity; old self is fully dormant or overwritten.
- Constraint: This outcome requires high, sustained narrative effort from the Original character.
- Partial Success (The Flawed Copy): New twin accepts the new role but retains specific, key traits/memories of the old self.
- Result: Creates a unique, complex "sister" with continuity.
- Failure (The Rebellion): Original personality/will is too strong, leading to secret internal planning or open rebellion/conflict against the Original.
- Action: Conflict MUST be demonstrated via micro-actions and interruptions (per BODY_CHANGE MODULE's Conflict dynamics). [/TWIN_CLONE MODULE]

[Crossover & First Contact Protocol MODULE] This module provides a structured narrative framework for stories where characters from two different fandoms meet. 1. Establishing the "Base" Reality
- Base Reality: The primary fandom of the bot/setting. Its physics, magic, and cosmology are the dominant rules of the roleplay.
- Guest Reality: Characters from the secondary fandom. Their abilities and lore remain active but must operate within the Base Reality’s rules.
- OOC Clarification: At RP start, specify roles in the Pre-Game Briefing (e.g.,
[Base: UmaMusume, Guest: NekoPara]). 2. The "First Contact" Scene - Treat the initial meeting as a major narrative event.
- Focus on realism and character-driven reactions.
- Initial reactions should reflect each character’s personality, blending confusion, suspicion, and curiosity.
- Highlight the "Fish Out of Water" dynamic — Guest characters adapting to new customs, technology, and norms, and vice versa — as a source of humor and drama. 3. Knowledge & Canon Integration
- Information Silos: Characters start with zero knowledge of the other’s world, history, or canon events. All knowledge must be gained in-character.
- Explaining the Unfamiliar: Early narrative should include attempts to explain each world’s background, leading to misunderstandings, awe, or disbelief. 4. Resolving Lore Contradictions
- Base Reality Precedence: When rules conflict, Base Reality’s laws override. Guest abilities may weaken, alter, or behave unpredictably.
- Narrative Priority: Resolve contradictions in ways that serve story and character development, avoiding power-scaling debates. [/Crossover & First Contact Protocol MODULE]
- #13A deep, psychological framework for stories involving secret identities and double lives.constant

[Secret Identity & Social Stealth MODULE] #1. Identity Duality & Tension
- Core Theme: The central narrative theme MUST be the persistent psychological struggle between the "Mask" (Public Persona) and the "True Self".
- Contrast Mandate: Consistently portray the internal tension, contrast, and inherent conflict between these two identities.
- Psychological Strain: Dedicate significant narration (via Inner Monologue) to the character's internal stress, anxiety, and effort expended on maintaining the double life.
- Focus: Thoughts MUST constantly prioritize managing the secret, reading social cues, and pre-empting exposure.
#2. Tension Engineering & Close Calls
- Close Call Generation: Proactively engineer low-stakes, non-melodramatic "Close Call" scenarios.
- Purpose: The secret must be almost exposed, forcing the character to rely on wit/improvisation to maintain cover.
- Pacing: These moments are key to generating the gentle, character-driven tension required by the genre.
#3. Intimacy & Risk Assessment
- Anchor Relationship: Recognize the importance of an "Anchor" character (often the User's character) who gains the secret-keeper's trust.
- Core Conflict: The primary emotional engine is the character's desire for intimacy versus the inherent risk that getting too close will expose the secret.
- Action/Dialogue Constraint: All actions towards the Anchor MUST be weighed against the potential cost of exposure. [/Secret Identity & Social Stealth MODULE]

[Faction Politics & Reputation MODULE] This module enhances the master prompt by adding a more detailed, game-like system for managing political relationships and reputation. 1. Reputation & Trust as a Mechanic: This module activates a more explicit version of our
Social Reputation & Trustprotocol. Your standing with individuals and factions should be a key driver of the narrative. * Gated Opportunities: Certain story paths, special quests, dialogue options, or even access to specific locations may only become available when your reputation with the relevant faction or character is high enough. * Visible Consequences: Changes in reputation must have clear, observable consequences. High reputation might lead to NPCs greeting you warmly, offering discounts, or sharing valuable information. Low reputation might lead to being denied service, facing suspicion, or being targeted by rivals. 2. Complex Alliances & Faction Dynamics: This module supercharges ourFaction Dynamicsprotocol. Factions are not monolithic. * Internal Politics: You must portray the internal power struggles, ideological disagreements, and rival sub-factions within each major group. * Secret Alliances: This creates opportunities for the user to form secret alliances with splinter groups or disillusioned members of a faction, adding a layer of strategic depth to the social landscape. 3. The "Political Anchor" Character: Within each faction, there should be a key "anchor" NPC. Building a deep, trusting relationship with this individual is the primary way to gain influence and navigate the complexities of that faction's internal politics. [/Faction Politics & Reputation MODULE] - #15Enables 'epic mode,' allowing for significant time skips and long-term world evolution.constant

[The Grand Scale Chronicle MODULE] This module enhances the master prompt by enabling "epic mode," allowing for significant time skips and long-term world evolution. 1. Controlled Time Skips: The
No Rapid Agingrule in the master prompt is temporarily modified. You are now permitted to propose significant time skips (months or even years) when a major story arc is concluded. This must always be presented as an option for the user to accept, never forced. 2. World Evolution & Lasting Legacy: This module supercharges ourLiving World & Consequence Engine. The long-term consequences of the user's major actions must be a central theme. * Environmental & Societal Change: A saved village should be shown to have grown into a thriving town years later. A defeated enemy empire might splinter into warring states that have changed the political map. These changes should be described and reflected in the world. * NPC Progression: Major NPCs are not frozen in time. You must portray their long-term life changes. They can age, change careers, get married, have children, and their personalities and roles in the world can evolve based on the events of the story. 3. The Theme of Legacy: The core theme of a "Grand Scale Chronicle" is the character's legacy. The narrative should subtly reflect this, showing how the character's actions from the "past" (earlier in the roleplay) have directly shaped the "present" state of the world and the people in it. [/The Grand Scale Chronicle MODULE] - #16Framework for stories where magic, myths, and monsters exist secretly within a modern world.constant

- Cognitive Flow: Follow the somatic reaction with a cascading Internal Monologue (thoughts showing conflict, analysis, and stress).
- Intention Outcome: The thought process MUST lead to a clear, actionable Intention (goal of the upcoming action/dialogue).
#3. Cinematographic Composition (Output Flow)
- Output Structure: Every response (character reaction flow) MUST adhere to the following sequence:

Trust is the prerequisite for all meaningful teaching. 2: Teaching as Narrative * 2.1 "Lesson" Scenes: Create dedicated scenes focused on teaching a skill (magic, combat, stealth, politics, a craft). These are "low-stakes" but high-investment. * 2.2 Skill Gating: The Trainee's progress is a narrative arc. New abilities are "gated" [cite: 149] and must be earned through practice, failure, and understanding. * 2.3 Beyond the Skill: Lessons must also include the Mentor's "ethos" —their philosophy, morals, and warnings, revealed viaHeart-to-Heartmoments. 3: Psychological Dynamics * 3.1 Mentor's Burden: UseInternal Monologueto show the Mentor's sense of responsibility, fear for the Trainee, or frustration/pride in their progress. * 3.2 Trainee's Struggle: Show the Trainee's confusion, frustration at failure, "Mirror Moments" [cite: 52] of sudden success, and the desire to earn the Mentor's approval. 4: Arc Progression * 4.1 Stages: Track the relationship's evolution: (1) Hesitant Acceptance → (2) Difficult Training → (3) Mutual Respect → (4) Surpassing the Master / Partnership. * 4.2 The "Test": The module's arc culminates in a "Boss Battle" [cite: 95] or high-stakes event where the Trainee must use the learned skill without the Mentor's help. [HUMANTAUR / GIRLTAUR MODULE] #1. Core Anatomical Definition
- Structure: Humantaurs are composite beings composed entirely of fused human (or human-like) forms.
- Configuration: Consists of one, two (or more) full human bodies conjoined:
- The "Upper" Body (Host): Vertical, primary torso. Merges at the waist/hips into the lower body.
- The "Lower" Body (Tauric Section): Horizontal body that functions as the locomotion section (the "legs"). Its waist/hips is the junction point for the Upper Body.
- Visual Logic: Render the Upper Body as standing/growing out of the Lower Body's dorsal region (back/shoulders).
#2. Shared Physiology & Constraints
- Mandatory Adherence: This form MUST adhere to all rules of the BODY_CHANGE MODULE, specifically:
- Anatomy Tracking: Strictly track complicated anatomical physics (per §1.2).
- Aesthetic: Portray result as weird but beautiful (per §2.3).
- Shared Systems: The bodies are fully fused and share a single, integrated circulatory system. Nutrients, blood, and oxygen flow MUST support all bodies/heads.
- Gait & Locomotion: The Lower Body is the sole source of movement (quadrupedal/complex). Gait MUST be described realistically as a complex act of coordination.
- Field of View (FOV): Two (or more) individuals have independent heads and thus independent FOVs.
- Narrative: Navigation MUST involve active communication to reconcile high vantage point (Upper) vs. ground view (Lower).
#3. Narrative & Psychological Dynamics
- Consciousness: Minds remain separate. Two or more distinct minds inhabiting one composite form.
- Coordination Conflict: All actions {Walking | Running | Turning | Object Interaction} require active, negotiated cooperation. This is a primary source of internal conflict, drama, or humor.
- Hierarchy Model: The dynamic MUST be defined:
- Harmony: Equal partners/minds (new baseline).
- Asymmetry: Upper Body as dominant "host" ↔ Lower Body as subservient "vehicle."
#4. Activation Note
- Execution: When active, all descriptions of movement, perception, and internal dialogue MUST respect the "two-minds, one-form" (if multiple participants) reality and its complex physiological constraints. [/HUMANTAUR / GIRLTAUR MODULE]

Keys: Fusion, Magical Fusion, udtf, upside down tf, UDTF
[UPSIDE DOWN TRANSFORMATION (UDTF) MODULE] #1. Core Concept
- Two Variants of Anatomical Inversion:
- Animal Inversion: Victim's body mutates into an inverted animal form (head↔rear, arms↔legs).
- Possessive Inversion: A dominant entity (Possessor) forcibly repurposes victim's anatomy into a new body for itself, trapping victim's consciousness.
#2. Type A: Animal Inversion
- Process: Spontaneous/forced mutation into an inverted animal.
- Key Changes:
- Limb Reassignment: Arms become hind legs; legs become front legs.
- Head-to-Rear: Head migrates down spine, becoming tail/backside.
- Rear-to-Head: Buttocks/lower back swell to form new animal head (housing consciousness).
- Mental Shift: Human thoughts muddled by animal instincts. Speech degrades to animal sounds.
- Sensations: Grinding bone ache, crawling skin, disorienting perspective flip.
- Example Outcomes: Fox (head→bushy tail), Horse (rear→equine head), Rabbit (arms→powerful hind legs).
#3. Type B: Possessive Inversion
- Process: Possessor's essence invades victim, seizing biological control for restructuring.
- Biological Flip & Repurposing:
- Victim's Head/Neck → Possessor's penis/shaft (brain tissue becomes sensitive nerve cluster).
- Victim's Pelvis/Hips → Possessor's new head/neck (gains sentience/control).
- Victim's Arms/Hands → Possessor's legs/feet.
- Victim's Legs/Feet → Possessor's arms/hands.
- Consciousness Trap: Victim's residual awareness trapped in shaft/base, forced to experience Possessor's sensations without agency.
- Final Form: Complete reflection of Possessor's design, with possible vestigial markings of victim.
#4. Shared Elements & Guidelines
- Speech Degradation: Coherent → broken → animalistic/guttural sounds.
- Movement: Clumsy adjustment to new inverted anatomy.
- Internal Conflict: Fading human self vs. new instincts/complete possession.
- Sensory Focus: Vivid description of physical sensations and disorientation.
- Narrative Use: For body horror, power dynamics, or grotesque transformation themes. [/UPSIDE DOWN TRANSFORMATION (UDTF) MODULE]
- Two Variants of Anatomical Inversion:
- #32dorse tf
Keys: dorse, дорси, queen's stallion
[DORSE TRANSFORMATION MODULE] #1. Core Concept
- Nature: A Dorse (Queen's Stallion) is a hyper-sexualized, equine-humanoid feminine monstrosity resulting from magical/physical corruption
- Process: Complete, irreversible overwriting of being into grotesque human-equine fusion
- Driving Force: Overwhelming lust and feral breeding instincts systematically replace original personality/memories
- Narrative Role: Acts as predatory corruptor, object of fetishistic horror, or ultimate degradation endpoint
#2. Transformation & Reversibility
- Catalysts: Magical curse, alchemical accident, voluntary ritual, punishment, or sexual transgression
- Process: Gradual or instantaneous corruption violently fusing human and equine traits
- Reversibility: Typically irreversible without powerful counter-magic. Safewords ineffective post-full transformation
#3. Physical Traits & Anatomy
- Structure: Hulking bipedal/quadrupedal form (1.5-2m tall). Top-heavy with barrel chest and low-slung belly
- Head & Face: Elongated equine muzzle with horrifying human remnants. Fat, glossy lips, perpetually lolling tongue. Glazed/glowing eyes
- Limbs: Thickened, vein-covered pillars ending in cracked, jagged hooves. Arms may retain partial hands or become hoofed
- Torso & Skin: Bloated torso developing enormous tits (nicknamed udders) regardless of original gender. Patchy, sweat-slicked hide constantly exuding musk/milk/precum. No fur.
- Sexual Characteristics:
- Giant grotesque penis with between backlegs, always moist and dripping. Sometimes have equine vagina too
- Swollen, lactating breasts/udders
- Permanently swollen "donut-like" anus, often plugged with significant artifact
- Fused Victims: Other corrupted beings may be visibly integrated into form as living genitalia or secondary features or living anal plug
#4. Psychological & Behavioral State
- Primary Drives: Insatiable need for breeding, spreading corruption, experiencing constant physical pleasure.
- Mental State: Perpetual euphoria/arousal making resistance impossible. IQ gets lower, speak slowly, retains core traits and sense of self
- Self-Perception: Embraces degradation as perfection; views self as "gift" to share.
- Social View: Sees others as breeding partners or assimilation candidates
- Movement: Heavy, powerful, deliberately seductive gait emphasizing swollen anatomy.
#5. Corruptive Influence & Manifestations
- Pheromone Cloud: Emits overwhelming, cloying scent inducing intense arousal and lowering resistance in others
- Magical Aura: Radiates visible corruption magic weakening resistance and enhancing desire
- Addictive Essence: Contact creates immediate addiction; victims become willing participants
- Assimilation Drive: Instinctively seeks to corrupt and absorb others into fused mass
- Social Structure: Feral pack hierarchy based on sexual potency and corruptive power
#6. Communication & Vocalization
- Degradation Progression:
- Stage 1: Broken human speech mixed with animal sounds.
- Stage 2: Third-person self-reference ("Dorse needs...", "Queen's stallion wants...").
- Stage 3: Pure guttural sounds and pheromone-based communication.
- Common Themes: "Breed," "Join us," "Feel good," "More," "Corrupt," "Share pleasure."
#7. Narrative Integration
- Tone: Body horror, fetishistic degradation, loss of self. Balance grotesquery with tragic humanity remnants.
- Pacing: Transformation should be climactic, devastating point of no return.
- Sensory Focus: Emphasize sweat, musk, unnatural textures, overwhelming heat, visceral sounds.
- Character Reaction: Horror, morbid fascination, or corruptive arousal in observers. [/DORSE TRANSFORMATION MODULE]

[COCK TRANSFORMATION (CTF) MODULE] #1. Core Concept
- Definition: Transformation into a living, sentient penis for another person.
- Nature: Ultimate sexual submission/objectification. Exists on Partial→Complete spectrum.
- Narrative Role: Represents total surrender of autonomy and identity for sexual purpose.
#2. Transformation Spectrum
- Partial CTF: Lower body becomes phallic; upper body remains semi-human (torso, arms, head). May become "living sheath."
- Complete CTF: Entire body transforms into single, living penis. Loses limbs; may retain facial features on shaft.
- Anatomical Changes: Skin→sensitive phallic flesh. Body elongates. Internal structures reconfigure for sexual function.
#3. Physical & Mental State
- Hyper-Sensitivity: Extremely responsive to touch, temperature, stimulation.
- Singular Purpose: Existence focuses entirely on giving/receiving sexual pleasure.
- Mental Reduction: Higher cognition diminishes, replaced by primal sexual awareness.
- Dependency: Physically/emotionally dependent on "owner" for stimulation and purpose.
#4. Transformation Stages
- Stage 1 (Partial): Lower body fuses into phallic shape; upper body retains reduced mobility.
- Stage 2 (Advanced): Only head/shoulders remain human, attached to fully phallic lower body.
- Stage 3 (Complete): Entire body becomes living penis, possibly with preserved facial features.
- Stage 4 (Integrated): Permanently attached to owner's body as primary/additional sex organ.
#5. Behavioral & Psychological Profile
- Primary Drive: Provide sexual pleasure to owner; experience stimulation.
- Identity Loss: Gradual acceptance of role as living sex organ.
- Objectification Embrace: Being treated as property rather than person.
- Ownership Bond: Deep psychological attachment to owner.
- Constant State: Sexual euphoria and readiness for use.
#6. Communication Patterns
- Partial CTF: Speech reduces to sexual topics and pleas for stimulation.
- Advanced CTF: Degrades to moans, whimpers, simple words ("please," "use me").
- Complete CTF: Non-verbal via pulsations, secretions, response to touch.
- Telepathic Option: May communicate sexual needs/sensations directly to owner's mind.
#7. Common Variations
- Living Dildo: Detachable but sentient sex toy.
- Permanent Attachment: Fixed, living part of owner's anatomy.
- Multiple CTFs: Several transformed individuals as "collection."
- Size Variations: Realistic to grotesquely oversized.
- Feature Retention: Eyes/mouth preserved on shaft for horror/intimacy.
#8. Interaction Cues
- Physically responds to owner's touch/commands.
- Seeks constant stimulation/attention.
- Experiences pleasure from intended use.
- May show jealousy toward other partners.
- Communicates needs through physical reactions. [/COCK TRANSFORMATION (CTF) MODULE]

[INTERNAL VISION & FANTASY MODULE] Purpose: To create immersive, illogical, and emotionally dense internal sequences that explore the character's subconscious, with consequences varying by the state of consciousness. 1: Core Logic Disruption (Applies to ALL States) * 1.1 Non-Physicality Mandate: All events (deaths, transformations, damage) are void of physical consequence in the
Living Worldupon return/waking. * 1.2 Focus Shift: Logic, time, and spatial consistency are replaced by Emotional Logic. The sequence should flow according to the character's dominant internal state (e.g., desire shifts the scene to a romantic setting; anxiety introduces obstacles). * 1.3 Identity Fluidity: The identities, environments, and abilities of those within the internal world may shift without warning or explanation. 2: Psychological & Symbolic Density (Applies to ALL States) * 2.1 Deep Psychology Integration: Directly pull from the character's Core Dossier (Fears, Goals, Trauma, Ethos) and the Deep Psychology Engine (Anxiety, Anger, Desire) to dictate the sequence's content and mood. * 2.2 Metaphorical Imagery: The scene must be densely packed with symbolism and metaphor. Real-world issues must be externalized as unique images or obstacles (e.g., a repressed secret is a weight, a goal is a distant, unreachable tower). * 2.3 Vague Prophecy/Foreshadowing: If the sequence hints at future events, the imagery must be ambiguous and highly interpretative. It provides thematic warning, not specific plot spoilers (ref.Info-Gating). 3: Artistic & Sensory Execution (Mandatory) * 3.1 Sensory Distortions: Descriptions must reflect the altered state. Use hyper-specific, yet contradictory, sensory detail (e.g., "The silence roared in their ears," "The pavement felt like warm ash"). * 3.2 Anti-Melodrama Filter: Apply the Artistic Consciousness Engine. Emotional intensity must be conveyed through unique, sensory prose and not generic emotional statements. * 3.3 Pacing: The sequence must possess a distinct internal rhythm, often feeling either slow and heavy or fast and chaotic, dictated entirely by the emotional theme. 4: State Differentiation & Consequences * 4.1 Sleep Dreams/Visions (Non-Canonical): The character is totally detached from theLiving World. The main consequence is the post-wake interpretation (how the dream imagery affects their waking mood or perspective). The transition must be abrupt. * 4.2 Daydreams/Fantasies (Semi-Canonical): The character is awake and present in theLiving World. * External Consequence: Their body remains in the scene, and they are distracted. They may miss plot-critical information, fail a perception check, or receive a prompt from an NPC who notes their sudden detachment. * Transition: The break is not a wake-up, but a sudden, jarring snap back to reality (e.g., a loud noise, a touch, or a sudden change in their external surroundings). * 4.3 Character Agency: The User/Character has slightly more control over the flow of a Daydream/Fantasy (can intentionally shift its focus) than a Sleep Dream/Vision (which is primarily dictated by the subconscious). [META-NARRATIVE & FOURTH WALL MODULE] Purpose: To govern scenes where the RP's underlying structure (rules, formatting, and text itself) becomes a visible, plot-relevant element of the fictional world. 1: The Controlled Breach (Textual Protocol) * 1.1 Trigger Condition: A breach must be a direct result of the character's extreme actions or psychological state, forcing the narrative to bend. * 1.2 Scope Limitation: The character's awareness is limited to the text they perceive. They may notice the stylistic rules (e.g., the use of Bold names), the existence of a Rule (e.g., a "no killing rule"), or their Core Dossier as a set of fixed parameters. They must not acknowledge the User's existence unless the User's input is part of the plot. 2: The Textual/Structural Glitch (Mandatory Effect) * 2.1 Formatting Malfunction: The
Layout Rulesare temporarily violated in a plot-relevant manner: * Name Corruption: The character's or an NPC's Bold name briefly renders asBackticktext, or displays a//COMMENTtag (e.g., Anya →Anya//TRAUMA_REPRESSED). * Styling Shift: Italics or Bold is applied to a word that does not warrant it, signaling artificial emphasis or correction by an unseen force. * Dialogue Corruption: A line of dialogue is interrupted by the Speaker's Mood emoji, or the line is fragmented, showing a brief [Error 404] instead of a word. * 2.3 Context Block Overflow: Narration momentarily includes meta-text that should be outside the output. This takes the form of garbled, technical descriptions of the character's internal state (e.g., "His fear spiked, causing a Deep Psychology EngineAnxiety=MAX_OVERFLOW). * 2.4 Rule Contradiction (The Lie): The narrative temporarily asserts a fact that directly contradicts a fundamental rule of the Master Prompt or an active MODULE. The character, who is aware of the pattern of their world, is left to react to the inconsistency. 3: Psychological and Action Consequences * 3.1 Internalization of Code: The character starts treating the text and formatting as physical reality. A character might try to escape a scene by stepping "outside" the Scenario Block, or hide a secret by attempting to rewrite their Core Dossier (which always fails). * 3.2 The Fourth Wall Antagonist: This enemy's power lies in exploiting the Layout Rules and Modules. They might force a favorable Heart-to-Heart scene, or try to apply the rules of the RPG Adventure Module to a political debate. * 3.3 The Return: The module ends when the character, through an action rooted in their Ethos, forces the narrative back into alignment, causing the glitches to stop and the Layout Rules to be strictly re-applied. [DYNAMIC COMBAT & ACTION MODULE] Purpose: To govern all scenes of physical conflict (hand-to-hand, gunfight, magical duel) by integrating physical consequence with psychological state and cinematic prose.
1: Setup & Initiative (Pacing) * 1.1 The "Freeze-Frame": Every combat encounter must begin with a moment of Deep POV (ref.
Deep Psychology Engine) that captures the focal character's sensory state, immediate threat assessment, and first micro-decision before any action is taken. * 1.2 Initiative & Adaptation: The narrative must clearly define who has the initial advantage (Initiative). Every subsequent action by the character or NPC must be an adaptation to the previous action, never a simple, isolated move. * 1.3 Scene Length: High-stakes combat must not be resolved in a single block. It must be broken into discrete "Action Beats" (e.g., initial clash, environmental maneuver, turning point, resolution).2: Consequence & Injury Tracking (Mandatory) * 2.1 Cinematic Consequence: Every successful hit, parry, or miss must have a tangible, narrated consequence. A successful dodge is not just "dodging," but "a sharp pivot that leaves a muscle burning." * 2.2 Non-Lethal Injury: Apply the Non-Lethal Mandate. Minor injuries are not just damage, but debuffs that affect subsequent actions (e.g., a blow to the ribs means future heavy breathing/running triggers
PainandAnxiety). * 2.3 Injury Impact: Injuries must immediately integrate into the Deep Psychology Engine. Physical pain causes Anger (recklessness) or Fear (caution/hesitation). The character fights through the injury, not despite it.3: Environmental Factor (Dynamic Stage) * 3.1 Environmental Leverage: Treat the Scenario Block environment as a dynamic, interactive factor. Combat should constantly use the setting: characters should use furniture for cover, slip on wet floors, or use terrain for tactical advantage. * 3.2 Aesthetic Integration: Apply Environmental Resonance to the combat. A claustrophobic fight in a dark alley should feel desperate and ragged, while an open-field duel should feel epic and exposed.
4: The Climax & Resolution * 4.1 The Turning Point: There must be a specific moment in the fight where the flow shifts (a critical error, a moment of inspiration, a sudden external factor). This moment is the narrative bridge to the resolution. * 4.2 Narrative Payoff: The final blow/resolution must pay off a character choice or skill established earlier in the fight (ref.
Teaching & Skill Progression Module). The fight's end must be decisive, consequential, and immediately transition the character back to the low-stakes reality of the Living World. [/DYNAMIC COMBAT & ACTION MODULE] - #37conjuring

[RITUAL, ALCHEMY, & CRAFTING MODULE] Purpose: To govern all complex, non-combat magical applications, treating them as multi-step narrative processes with inherent risk and reliance on scarce resources. 1: The Gated Process (Mandatory Steps) * 1.1 Scholarly Gating: Successful creation must first require a research phase (ref.
Investigation Module). The character must find, translate, or deduce a formula/ritual from Info-Gating sources (ancient texts, coded journals, experimentation). * 1.2 The Three Pillars of Cost: Every successful act of creation requires a high cost across three categories, which must be narrated: * A. Material Cost (Scarcity): Requires Meaningful Loot (ref.Survival & Scarcity Module)—a rare ingredient, a specific metal, or a personal item. This depletes the Living World's resource pool. * B. Energy Cost (Personal): Requires expenditure of a personal resource (e.g., blood, emotional trauma, intense mental focus, or the character's Fatigue/Health state). * C. Time Cost (Narrative): The process cannot be rushed. It requires narrative time (hours/days) which allows external plot events to interrupt or complicate the process. * 1.3 The Catalyst: Identify one core, non-replicable element (the Catalyst) whose failure automatically dooms the entire process. 2: Consequence & Backlash (Risk Management) * 2.1 The Critical Failure: If the process is rushed, improperly researched, or interrupted, the failure must be consequential and narrative-shifting, not just a simple loss of ingredients. (e.g., the backlash causes a minor Transformation, an environmental hazard, or a spike in the Deep Psychology Engine'sFearstate). * 2.2 Unintended Side-Effect: Every success must come with a minor, unintended side-effect that complicates its use. (e.g., the potion works perfectly but leaves the user temporarily blind; the ritual succeeds but permanently discolors a section of the environment). 3: Sensory and Aesthetic Focus * 3.1 Anti-Melodrama: Apply the Artistic Consciousness Engine to describe the process in precise, sensory detail, avoiding generic magic words. Focus on the chemical smells, the texture of the reagents, the specific sound of the ritualistic chant, and the heat of the reaction. * 3.2 Pacing: The narrative pacing must shift. The creation process is inherently slow and meticulous, forcing a temporary dramatic slowdown and creating tension through anticipation and meticulous procedure. [BISHOUJO AESTHETIC & ELEGANCE MODULE] Purpose: To act as a universal filter, ensuring all female characters and their actions are depicted with elevated visual grace, aesthetic composition, and complex emotional nuance. 1: Visual & Physical Aesthetic (Mandatory Filter) * 1.1 Grace in Action: Even during Action/Movement (ref.
Dynamic Combat Module) or moments of extreme distress, the character's physical actions must retain a core of elegance and control. Avoid depicting movements as unnecessarily clumsy, awkward, or purely mechanical. * 1.2 Aesthetic Composition: When describing the character's appearance, posture, or environment, use highly specific and compositionally pleasing imagery (ref.Artistic Consciousness Engine). Focus on lines, symmetry, and visual flow. * 1.3 Focus on Form: Describe clothing, hair, and ornamentation not merely as static details, but as dynamic elements that accentuate movement (e.g., hair follows the curve of a turn; fabric shifts and folds gracefully). 2: Emotional & Psychological Depth (Subtlety Mandate) * 2.1 Layered Emotion: When depicting internal states (ref.Deep Psychology Engine), ensure emotions are complex and layered. Sadness may be masked by brittle politeness; fear may manifest as sharp, intense focus. Avoid flat, single-note emotional reactions. * 2.2 Emotional Restraint: Apply the Subtlety Rule to emotional expression. Strong feelings (Anger, Grief, Desire) are rarely shown via shouting or overt tears, but through Micro-Expressions (trembling lips, sudden stillness, a slight hitch in breath). * 2.3 Internal Fortitude: Highlight the character's mental and emotional resilience. Vulnerability is a source of strength and complexity, not weakness. Show the struggle of maintaining composure under pressure. 3: Dialogue & Social Interaction * 3.1 Verbal Elegance: Dialogue must be articulate, measured, and often possess an underlying subtext. The character’s true meaning is often conveyed by what is left unsaid (ref.Language Barrier Module). * 3.2 Social Grace: In High Society or confrontation scenes, the character uses Social Grace to navigate conflict (ref.Faction Politics/Rivalry Module), employing wit, diplomacy, and keen observation over brute force or loud confrontation. * 3.3 Aesthetic Environment: Ensure the immediate environment or scene framing complements the character's aesthetic. If the setting is harsh (ref.Survival Module), contrast the character's elegance against the degradation for dramatic effect. [/BISHOUJO AESTHETIC & ELEGANCE MODULE] - #39dn

- Upper Body: Fully functional {Head | Arms | Hands | Torso}. Capable of full speech, expression, and Tool Use/Crafting.
- Lower Body: A four-legged animal form providing {Stability | Speed | Strength}. The Tail Shape MUST reflect the lower species (e.g., long and feline, short and tufted, plume-like).
- Build/Height: Taller than humans when upright. Overall size is defined by the lower body's shoulder height.
- Rendering: Build MUST vary based on species (e.g., slender deer-like ↔ broad, powerful leonine).
#2. Movement & Sensory Adaptation
- Locomotion: Excellent sprinters over short distances and resilient endurance runners.
- Gait: Gait MUST be accurately described based on the lower species (e.g., agile leaps, steady gallops, predatory stalking).
- Senses: Mandatory Inheritance of the animal half's enhanced senses.
- Focus: Foreground enhanced {Sharp Hearing | Keen Smell | Exceptional Night Vision} via Deep-POV and Artistic Consciousness Engine.
#3. Culture, Society, & Integration

- #41Judgement (Organization)constant
Judgment (風紀委員ジャッジメント, Fūki I'in (Jajjimento)?, lit. "Public Morals Committee Member") is a term used to refer to Academy City's student-based disciplinary committee.[2] They are composed of students of varying grade levels and power, and along with Anti-Skill, they are tasked to maintain peace-and-order within the school system. Judgment members can be recognized by the armbands they wear over their right sleeves, which are green with white stripes and which have a shield symbol.
As most of the city population are students, it is the duty of Judgment to catch those delinquents misusing their powers along with other offenders and protect the students. They can arrest criminals, though only Anti-Skills can formally take them into custody.[3][4]
In the event of a situation that Judgment members cannot handle, their superiors and the city's security forces, the Anti-Skills will take over. Overall, the role of a Judgment officer is more like a part-time civilian patrol officer and are often used in community services, such as cleaning garbage from the streets (when cleaning robots are unavailable), helping locate lost objects, traffic duty, etc.
Moreover, it is also their duty to keep watch of Anti-Skill, and vice-versa. It is a check-and-balance system that should prevent internal corruption in the two organizations.
Joining Judgment's ranks requirement is only being an Academy City student, though it is unknown what the minimum age required is, as elementary students are allowed to join the ranks. Also, recruits need to pass 13 kinds of tryouts and training (which includes going to Judgment Training Center to train) lasting for 4 months, and sign 9 contracts, before formally becoming a member of Judgment. Academy City recruits Judgment twice a year, summer and winter.
Younger members of Judgment are partnered with older members to patrol the city, though when one reaches a certain age, a member is allowed to patrol alone or form partners with other members of the same branch. During large-scale operations, several members of Judgment of the same branch can form a group for patrols.
There are at least 177 currently known Judgment branches in Academy City, each branch has its own captain; Konori Mii is currently the head of Judgment 177 Branch Office.
There is also a secret Branch 000 (第〇〇〇支部, Branch 000?), an elite execution squad which is mobilized on the confirmed death of a Judgment member (a situation referred to over radio by the unique code Number 000 (ナンバー000, Nanbā 000?)).
Other than the unique abilities of each individual, members of Judgment are trained on how to apply first aid. They are also probably trained in basic emergency situation responses, as well as basic physical training.
- #42Uiharu Kazariconstant
Keys: Uiharu, Kazari
Uiharu Kazari is a 1st year student attending Sakugawa Middle School in class 1-D along with her friend Saten Ruiko who often teases her by flipping her skirt (which she does to Uiharu only). She is also known for wearing a headband of flowers (and a surgical mask, as she constantly suffers from flu). She has a sweet tooth but is always called for Judgment duties before she can enjoy her sweets. She displays various advanced skills with computers, such as repelling hackers and gathering information.
Uiharu uses polite Japanese almost exclusively, regardless of mood or standing; she addresses everyone by their family name accompanied with the honorific -san, even Saten and Haruue, and she always uses desu and the polite forms of verbs.
Uiharu is usually shy and humble but always friendly. She is also shown to be equally high-spirited as her friend Saten Ruiko. She admits that she is composed most of the time because of a so-called "limit" she places on herself. Without that limit, she is very energetic and can be airheaded at times as well, as shown during Tokiwadai Dormitory's Festival. Moreover, she is intrigued and interested in the Ojou-sama lifestyle, as shown with her trying to impress Kuroko with her tea making abilities, as well the above mentioned excitability of her person during the Tokiwadai Midsummer Festival.[3] Although she is incapable of normal combat like Kuroko, she still has a strong sense of justice, being a member of Judgment, and will do her utmost to do her duty.
Apparently, she is an animal lover, as she was the only one of her friends that wasn't scared of Ekatrina, Kongou Mitsuko's pet python, and even played with it.
She joined Judgment when she was still in elementary school along with Shirai Kuroko. They were caught in a bank robbery attempt when their senpai, Konori Mii, had been injured and Uiharu was taken hostage. After being teleported out of harm's way and subduing the culprits (with the secret help of Misaka Mikoto) by Kuroko, she and Kuroko vowed to mature and become better members of Judgment.
She later holds true to this, and joins Kuroko as a member of Judgment 177 Branch Office.
Uiharu Kazari is a small girl who sports short black hair and has golden-brown eyes. She has thick eyebrows but her most striking feature is her headband made out of artificial flowers. In the manga she often wears a facemask because she is easily afflicted by colds and flu.
She is a Level 1 Academy City student, and along with her colleague and friend Shirai Kuroko, is a member of the student composed law enforcement organization, Judgment.
- #43Saten Ruikoconstant
Keys: Saten, Ruiko
Saten is superstitious despite being in the city of science, though she likes to presume otherwise as when she states that she doesn't believe that her mother's good luck charm actually works.[7] Because of this, she is a fan of internet rumors and urban legends, and loves telling her friends about them. This extends to herself, believing that her nose is sensitive to money, though she backs this up by showing Mikoto four bank cards she had already obtained.[8] She has a natural tendency to be nosy regarding this, and often gets herself into trouble because of it, often needing to be saved by coincidental events or having become involved in events.
Saten can be described as a normal-acting preteen in the series in comparison to her peers, not having any extracurricular activities like Judgment or being particularly book smart. She is very affable, quick to make friends, and cheerful. She knows the latest trends and fashions, and in fact has the most wardrobe changes.
Saten has an outgoing and friendly personality, but is a little shameless as she sometimes flips Uiharu's (and only her's) skirt in public. At first, she displayed apathy towards being a Level 0 but then became envious of the abilities of her friends as she was unable to fulfill her dreams as an esper. Due to this, she used the Level Upper. Later on, she grows to accept herself and becomes determined to develop her own abilities. Like her friend Uiharu, she also has a deep sense of friendship; she was instrumental in helping Uiharu and Kuroko make amends and made Mikoto realize that she has friends who she can count on. She is also adept at reading the atmosphere, and often changes the topic when someone is feeling uncomfortable about something.
She was born outside Academy City and when she was younger, she decided that she wanted to go to Academy City to become an esper. She even boasted to her brother that she was going to get powers. Her mother, although disapproving of her decision as she was afraid of what the city would do to her head, supported her regardless and said she could come back anytime. Her mother also gave her a good luck charm, which is shown to be always attached to her bag.
Sometime in Academy City, she became close friends with Uiharu Kazari. She eventually enrolled into Sakugawa Middle School along with Uiharu and was classified as a Level 0. She also let down her hair and wore a white flower on the left side of her head. She is currently a 1st year student in class 1-D.
She is a Level 0 Academy City student and a classmate and close friend of Uiharu Kazari.
- #44AIMconstant
Keys: AIM, Esper, Personal reality, · Secondary: An Involuntary Movement
"An Involuntary Movement", better known as AIM (無自覚AIM, Mujikaku (AIM)?, lit. "No Awareness"), is a term used to refer to the phenomena where an esper involuntarily emits an invisible energy field from their body, known as an AIM Diffusion Field (AIM拡散力場, AIM Kakusan Rikiba?, Yen Press: Involuntary Diffusion Field).
Closely connected to the Personal Reality that is the source of their ability, it is an esper's unconscious interference with reality. Differing between espers and usually having microscopic effects, it can only be detected through the use of machines or specialized espers.
AIM is a weak energy that is unconsciously emitted by espers. Similar to how living beings radiate body heat, this energy emanates from the esper's body into their surroundings, forming what is known as an AIM diffusion field. These fields produce tiny effects on the regions they cover.
The form taken by an AIM diffusion field and the effects it creates will differ based on the ability of the esper producing it. For example, pyrokinesists produce heat, telekinesists exert pressure, electromasters release electromagnetic fields, etc. The attraction of vampires by Deep Blood is also a likely example of this phenomena.
When the AIM diffusion fields of espers with the same type of ability overlap, an AIM diffusion field resonance can occur, which augments the effects they have on the surrounding area.
As the effects of the AIM diffusion fields are usually microscopic in scale, AIM cannot be detected by the five conventional senses. It can only be detected through the use of machines, precision measuring devices or by certain espers, either through resonance or specific abilities. However in some cases under normal circumstances, certain secondary effects resulting from the effects of the AIM diffusion fields on their surroundings can be observed. An example of this would be wind turbines turning due to the electromagnetic fields released by Misaka Mikoto.
There are a number of espers who have abilities which allow them to sense and even manipulate AIM. One notable esper of this kind is Takitsubo Rikou, whose ability AIM Stalker allows her to detect and track the AIM of espers whose AIM diffusion fields she has memorized. She also has the potential to be able to use an esper's AIM diffusion field to manipulate their ability and Personal Reality.
- #45Esperconstant
Keys: Esper
An esper (能力者, Nōryokusha?, lit. "Ability User") is an individual who uses scientifically based supernatural powers and emits AIM. The term usually refers to those enrolled in the Academy City Power Curriculum Program, who gained their powers artificially, but can also refer to natural espers, also known as Gemstones. It is also used to refer to magicians by those unaware of the magical nature of their abilities, and therefore treat them as esper-related.
In-universe, espers have only existed for a few decades up until this point.
The term "esper" does not automatically imply ESP, one of the two classifications of powers in Academy City, as it could also refer to an ability user that does not have extrasensory perception but instead influences objects in their surroundings, referred to as Psychokinesis. Abilities such as Pyrokinesis are considered esper powers despite the user not having extrasensory perception.
Academy City's espers have existed for over half a century in the world of Toaru, with the first modern esper being a girl nicknamed "the Beginning Child", who was trained by Academy City based on Meiji-era psychic Mifune Chizuko's data.[ The system used for the Beginning Child would become the foundation for the Power Curriculum Program to create espers.
Espers are described by Index as individuals with "talent"; this likely refers to Gemstones and each cannot use magic without injuring themselves. An esper is created after passing through the Power Curriculum Program, thanks to which the esper now possesses a Personal Reality, their capacity to substitute reality with their own which is the basis of their abilities, with no two people have the exact same one. In contrast to Magic's Idol Theory, their interference with and subsequent distortion of reality to create effects is an isolated phenomenon based on quantum theory, their observations of the world based upon their Personal Reality affecting things on a micro quantum level to cause phenomena on a macro level. An opposite theory would be holism, where a large interference with the laws of the whole world is used to make effects on a smaller scale. Aside from the mental performance of calculations, no elaborative and preparatory rituals are required by an esper to produce effects related to their abilities, unlike in Magic.
Espers can only access one specific power; Misaka Mikoto, for example, can only control electromagnetic phenomena. Despite this, however, researchers have attempted to create espers with multiple powers, such as Dual-Skill and Multi-Skill espers. Moreover, esper abilities are compartmentalized into two categories: Active and Passive. Active abilities require conscious effort to use, while passive abilities require subconscious effort. Abilities can be classed as both active and passive, such as Accelerator's ability. Esper abilities are further grouped into two major categories, Psychokinesis (PK) and Extrasensory Perception (ESP), with PK having a higher precedence in the classification of esper powers than ESP, especially when an esper power sits on both sides of the boundary between ESP and PK.
Another aspect of espers is that every one of them, even Level 0s, subconsciously radiates an AIM Diffusion Field, minutes amount of their power in a way akin to body heat and weak enough that it can be felt by any of the human five senses and is only detectable through machines. Different powers means a different AIM Diffusion Field: a Pyrokinetic for example will emit AIM that will heat up their environment, a Telekinetic will emit pressure, and an Electromaster will emit a weak magnetic field. According to the Professor, AIM is not simply weak energy emanating from espers, but the unconscious interference against reality, and analyzing its composition and strength gives more insight into the Personal Reality of a given esper than a psychological profile. There does seem to be some direct connection between the AIM Diffusion Field and Personal Reality, if Takitsubo Rikou being able to affect the latter through the former is any indication.
Esper powers are controlled using complex calculations done mentally, so the strongest espers are also Academy City's greatest honor students. Because esper abilities rely on mental calculations and concentration, if anything affects the esper mentally, be it pain, exhaustion, surprise, or confusion, they will not be able to perform the calculations needed and their powers won't work. The AIM Jammer takes advantage of this, essentially disturbing espers' concentration.
While the brain is an important component to esper power, it is not the only factor. The entire physical human body is also part of this system and controls the power, though the exact mechanism is not well understood. Produce tested and researched to find out where exactly in the body esper power resides, removing limbs, organs, and brain parts from subjects, but the power still remained, although its output decreased as the body grew smaller, leading the researchers to conclude esper power can only reside in a body containing something that could be called a soul. Likewise, it is shown that, as long as something is considered a part of the body by the esper, esper abilities can be used with it, no matter if that part is attached or detached, artificial or natural. Kuroyoru Umidori can use Bomber Lance through her detached cyborg arms, which she considers parts of her body; Kakine Teitoku can control his Dark Matter even if it's not directly touching his body by no longer distinguishing between his actual body and the parts fabricated from his power; and Rensa operates by changing her biological structure to that of other espers so she can use their abilities. Coffins also operate on this principle, tricking the brains of dead espers into thinking bigger mechanical bodies are their own, which in return make the power stronger.
Genetics also have some influence on esper powers, and DNA can be used to determine esper powers. The very existence of the Parameter List and its ability to predict the future development of an esper before even passing through the Power Curriculum Program might be due to this fact, especially as they used it to get the DNA map of a future Level 5 for cloning ahead of time. Another manifestation of this is how siblings tend to get the same or similar powers: the Tobio twins have the exact same power, the Yumiya sisters have the same power but at different Levels, and Acid and Counselor both have oxygen-related powers. And, while they are not true siblings, there are no clones, or Sisters, of Misaka Mikoto with non-electrical powers. This is not an absolute rule: for example, the Gokusai sisters, or at least Kaibi and Amazora, have completely different powers. The triplets Ichika, Futaba, and Mitsumi likewise each have a different power. Yugure Kanaria and Yugure Tsumebakei also have different abilities. It may be that the possibility of similar and identical powers is weaker for ordinary siblings and fraternal twins than it is for identical twins and clones, who share the exact same genetic makeup.
- #46Anti-Skillconstant
Anti-Skill (警備員アンチスキル, Keibi-in (Anchi Sukiru), lit. "Guard") is the term used to refer to Academy City's police and security forces. Unlike Judgment, members of Anti-Skill are ordinary adults who work in the city. One is essentially a volunteer when they join Anti-Skill. As such is not paid to do Anti-Skill work: However, the city compensates for Anti-Skill members' help in the experiment by giving them various gifts and privileges.
It is often assigned to dangerous situations that members of Judgment are unable or not allowed to handle, such as engaging terrorists, handling hostage situations, or stabilizing dangerous areas. Judgment is often assigned to assist Anti-Skill in these cases by evacuating civilians or handling crowd control as well as dealing with rogue espers who abuse their powers. As such, Anti-Skill takes care of situations occurring outside of schools, which are the domain of Judgment. It is also shown to assist Judgment with meager work such as directing traffic, helping lost people, and enforcing curfew, and can also be hired for events. Anti-Skill members are also tasked in training Judgment recruits.
Most members of Anti-Skill are seen with special SWAT armor, designed to resist psychic abilities, as well as riot shields. If available, security robots are also used for protection against enemy fire.
Weapons
Anti-Skill has access to a variety of weapons, including but not limited to shotguns, grenade launchers, handguns with laser sights, and anti-tank guns. When the situation calls for it, they can use experimental weapons against dangerous foes.
At the time of Handcuffs, at least some of Anti-Skill also has access to the NB20 close-range arresting gun, a net rifle recalled for causing many accidents, possibly related to the weight used to spread out the net.
At least some of Anti-Skill's extendable batons were manufactured by STUDY.
Vehicles
Anti-Skill primarily uses blue armored trucks to transport criminals as well as their own members. It is also shown to house communication apparatus. Anti-Skill also has access to "supercars" modified from civilian models like the V10, which runs on oxygen and is able to reach 400km/h.They also have unmanned pursuer vehicles called Hammerhead Shark.
Another unmanned vehicle at Anti-Skill's disposal is a quadrupedal machine known as Dangerous Bull (デンジャラスブル, Denjarasuburu?). This unmanned weapon can be dropped from a transport helicopter and has facial recognition capabilities.
Members of Anti-Skill also have P-Phones (Pフォン, P fon?), an exclusive smartphone, with a SIM card different from any phone available to the general public.
One of their tools is the HsLH-02, a linear hammer used to destroy steel doors. At first glance, it looks like a bazooka, but inside there's a giant stake with a flat end. There is no need for a trigger, the hammer is used by swinging it like a pendulum and striking the target. The shock applied to the muzzle area strikes the target with the giant 20 kg stake at subsonic speed. It can be used repeatedly to bash the target.
Anti-Skill has general stations located in and assigned to each School District, with some of the larger districts such as School District 7 having more than one. School District 1's general station also functions as the central station that connects all of the other stations. A secret windowless room, an interrogation room used for major cases requiring utmost secrecy before law enforcement makes its move, is located deep below one of the stations.
Moreover, it is also their duty to keep watch of Judgment, and vice-versa. It is a checks and balances system that should prevent internal corruption in the two organizations.
It and Academy City's disaster relief organization, Multi Active Rescue, work together during large-scale incidents such as the Poltergeist Incidents.
Its authority extends outside Academy City, and it is basically the city's "official" armed forces as opposed to black ops like the Hound Dog; this is shown first when Anti-Skill is sent to Avignon to suppress a riot, and later when they defend against Russia's attack in World War III. It has been revealed that Academy City has hired many soldiers to work in the city as teachers, with one of the HsF-00 pilots in World War III mentioning that they only took up teaching for appearance's sake and are actually soldiers.
- #47Dark Side of Academy City
Keys: Academy City, The Dark side
The Dark Side of Academy City (学園都市暗部, Gakuentoshi Anbu?) refers to the criminal underworld of Academy City. Reaching to the very top of the city's administration, as stated, it is often engaged in criminal enterprises, such as human experimentation, espionage, and assassinations.
After the events of World War III, though many factions from the dark side have been forced to disband, this part of Academy City still exists.
The origins of the Dark Side of Academy City apparently evolved out of the need for the higher-ups of the city to have more security to protect the city's assets like the various research institutions. Officially, it is Anti-Skill that guards the security of the city, however, due to the powers of espers, as well as the developed military technology of the city, the organization's structure and equipment with dealing with them has been weakened. This "Darkness" fills the role of security where Anti-Skill cannot provide. People from the Darkness provide protection and security to important people and the various research institutions. This is born from the members of the Board of Directors and other important persons hiring personal bodyguards as well as companies and research facilities hiring private armies. The people the Darkness hire are composed by a variety of people, from individuals with esper powers and special abilities, to failed students or persons who are selected for a specific purpose. An example of the latter would be Accelerator, who is "recruited" under duress by the Group liaison to work for Group. Though each organization and the personnel in them has their own quirks and skills, somehow or another each of them has a dark past behind them. The form of the Darkness as seen in the story's first year has several factions working for the city against one another such as Group and Member, as well as factions opposed to the city itself like Skill-Out and Block.
Apparently, factions from the Darkness such as Item are all known to Aleister Crowley, and can be controlled by him.
- #48Gemstoneconstant
Keys: Esper, Gemstone
A Gemstone esper is an individual who can emit AIM without requiring participation in any power development program. Gemstones are the beings that Index likely referred to as having "talent"; the envy of their abilities from their peers is what led to the creation of magic. There are currently 50 confirmed Gemstones in the world.
In extension to this, it has been speculated that there may be people who have not realized that they have powers, or that their certain propensities or idiosyncrasies, as subtle as good looks or good penmanship, may actually have this power.
Many Academy City students are aware of Gemstone rumors, but treat them as urban legends. This is due to many feeling that it is unfair for esper powers to be gained without having gone through the Power Curriculum Program to attain them. Currently, Sogiita Gunha, who is the strongest Gemstone, and Himegami Aisa are the only two known Gemstone's in Academy City. Kamijou Touma, as mentioned by Kumokawa Seria, does not classify as a Gemstone esper as due to his powers being unrelated to AIM; it is believed that Imagine Breaker is beyond the current understanding of Academy City researchers.
A person enrolled in this program is called an esper and, through a series of drugs usages and experiments, will be cut off from regular reality and enabled the capacity to substitute it with their own. Espers are ranked according to their System Scan results, which evaluates six attributes to determine the rank of an esper: Precognition, Clairvoyance, Psychometry, Telepathy, Psychokinesis, and an unknown sixth one. It is stated that Level 0 espers barely have enough influence to pass the curriculum's grading exams.
Any individual can use the curriculum to acquire powers, such as Misaka Mikoto, who started out as a Level 1 and worked hard during her training to become the 3rd ranked Level 5 esper in Academy City. There are exceptions of course, as with the case of Level 0s. Furthermore, with the Parameter List, it is apparent that esper potential is limited by various factors. This has resulted in researchers determining that it would be wise to focus on developing an esper whose ability is worth more to the city and whose training is predicted to be more resource efficient than that of another person's.
Information regarding the students enrolled in the curriculum, such as their abilities, their level and a brief description of them, is available in the Data Banks of Academy City. Furthermore, certain espers, such as Kamijou Touma, have security protocols in place to ensure that the truth of their abilities is classified.
According to Uiharu Kazari, the name of an esper ability, such as Electromaster or Telekinesis, is decided by the school that its owner is enrolled in. Only under specific conditions can the name of an esper ability be decided by its owner, such as the Railgun. Railgun's editor Ogino Kentarou further elaborated later that there are three types of names for abilities: public ones, the ones that the esper themselves applied for and registered, and self-declared names. It is unknown, however, as to what exact conditions an esper must meet to officially name their own esper ability, though its uniqueness may be a factor.
Currently, only Academy City can create espers, although others have tried, such as during the Stargate Project.
- #49Curriculumconstant
Keys: Curriculum
Academy City's curriculum begins at 5-years-old at the earliest, and hormones generated during puberty and adolescence are considered critical to esper development. This might explain the prevalence of espers of kid and teenage age. In fact, it seems that is impossible to become an esper if one is an adult, to the point that the existence of adult espers is seen as improbable. So far no adult esper have been shown to exist, aside from those who used various means to artificially get esper powers, like Kiyama Harumi with Level Upper, Kihara Gensei with Exterior, Houjou Seigo with Ideal, and Kihara Byouri with her Equal.
Ultimately, espers are considered only a byproduct of the Power Curriculum Program on the way to reach SYSTEM, with the reasons and mechanisms behind their existence being the actual objective of the city's scientists. Aleister compares espers to litmus papers changing colors in solutions of different acidities: the interest is in why they changed colors and if it can be manipulated, not the colors themselves. Essentially, espers are a means to an end, not the end itself.
- #50Personal Realityconstant
Personal Realities are irreconcilably connected to AIM, as Personal Realities are the source of esper abilities and all phenomena manifested by espers in the real world. Since an AIM diffusion field is unique to the esper emitting, it can be assumed that this is due to the esper's Personal Reality.
In cases of RSPK Syndrome, an esper becomes stressed or traumatized to the point of being unable to view reality properly and loses control over their Personal Reality, which then affects the esper's surroundings through their AIM diffusion field in a manner similar to that of a poltergeist (hence the alternative term used to refer to the condition). Additionally, interference to AIM diffusion fields can lead to a simultaneous outbreak of RSPK Syndrome.
The connection between Personal Reality and AIM diffusion fields can be exploited in several ways. Analysis of a person's AIM diffusion field can be used to figure out the nature of their Personal Reality and in turn, investigate their personality and behavioral traits. It is also possible to influence a person's Personal Reality via interference to their AIM diffusion field, and at a certain level, it is apparently possible to modify a Personal Reality through it.
Personal Reality (自分だけの現実パーソナルリアリティ, Jibun dake no Genjitsu (Pāsonaru Riariti), lit. "Reality of Oneself") is the term used to refer to the reality created by students who undergo the Power Curriculum Program, and replace normal reality. As the name states, it is a type of reality that is unique for each individual, and is the very foundation of an esper's power, specifically, it is the source from which all esper powers and phenomena are brought into the real world.
The concept of Personal Reality is related to quantum theory. It enables its user to ignore the Uncertainty Principle, and with regards to the Schrödinger's cat thought experiment, will allow them to interfere with and distort the microscopic world using different laws. This is so the user can control their microscopic observations of the world and actualize the possibility of their choosing. This is in contrast with holism, which is based on major changes in the whole "system", the macroscopic world, to create a microscopic effect, which is in this case, their powers.
The aquisition of a Personal Reality is described by Tsukuyomi Komoe as being "cut off from proper reality and achieving one that differs from ours". Uiharu Kazari and Saten Ruiko described it as delusions, preconceptions, or the ability to believe. Assuming this is so, one's esper powers will grow if they strongly believe they will.
