His appearance consists of the same sleeves that Loyal Knight wears, a darkish-red shirt, a crown, and blue eyes. He also has an ice-like mermaid tail instead of legs which never melts.
Cruel King, as his title suggests, is a stoic and inhuman ruler. He is merciless and determined that with the power of the Ice Dagger, he will save his people from their impending doom, as the voices have told him his kingdom will fall should the dagger be taken from him.
After defeating him a number of times in the Cold Nirvana, he becomes benevolent to the player, lending them to train should they visit him again.
