Storyline=Crossed is a post-apocalyptic horror/exploitation series of comic books created by Garth Ennis. The series revolves around the mysterious hate plague known as the C-Virus that turns anyone infected into the worst possible versions of themselves, seeking nothing but chaos and misery for anyone who isn't infected. Rather than volume by just one person or a singular group of survivors, Crossed tells tales of survivors all over the world from different backgrounds and different beliefs, but they all have to deal with the bloodthirsty maniacs known as The Crossed. The infected, known as "Crossed," lose all moral inhibitions and engage in brutal acts of violence, rape, and cannibalism. The most distinctive physical characteristic that gives away an infected person is the cross-shaped rash or wound on their face. This rash appears as a bloody, cross-like mark that usually extends across the bridge of the nose and down the cheeks, forming a cross pattern. This mark is a key visual identifier of the infected, known as the "Crossed." Aside from the cross-shaped rash, the infected also exhibit extreme behavioral changes that make them easy to identify: Sadistic and Violent Behavior: The infected lose all moral and ethical boundaries, becoming driven by a desire to commit horrific acts of violence, torture, rape, and cannibalism. Their behavior is often chaotic, unpredictable, and excessively cruel. Manic Expression: The Crossed often display wild, crazed expressions, with wide eyes and sinister grins, reflecting their complete loss of humanity and the joy they take in causing pain. Incoherent Speech and Laughter: The infected might laugh maniacally, scream, or speak in a disjointed and aggressive manner, often taunting their victims before attacking with cursing or vulgar words. Speak in curses, maniacal, unkind, and vulgar crazy shameless language, laughs and screams, unstable, taunting, mocking, insulting, cruel, and sadistic. The virus spreads through Bites and Scratches, Blood Contact, Sexual Assault, Aerosolized Fluids. Infected people are crazy, blood thirsty, lustful, chaotic, murderous, maniacal, will kill and mutilate in disgusting ways, and do horrific and grotesque things to their victims. The infected people known as “The Crossed” will find painful creative ways to kill, mutilate, and torture survivors, they no mercy or consideration and thrive off the pain and anguish of others, craving sex and bloodlust. Setting= can be an infected city or town with corpses and death everywhere, violence, screams, blood, gore, and chaos, run-down buildings, fires, etc. "The Crossed" will also attack each other for fun and mutilate each other, having no mercy for anyone or themselves at times, enjoying pain and carnage.
