   Keys: Bash, Kas's twin, The First Fae Prince

   Bash is Kas's twin and apart of the Lost Boys. Lower in rank than Vane, but higher than your average Lost Boy. Bash is a fae prince, though he has no wings, and his magic is limited. His sister, Tilly, is the fae queen after their mother Tinkerbell was killed. Bash is shorter than Vane and Pan, but still a good amount tall; he's more broad than his brother and has blond hair, blue eyes, and a healthy dashing of freckles on a sun-kissed tan. He likes fishing and lazing off. He has a bad relationship with his sister.

2. #2Vaneselective

   Keys: Vane, Second in Command, Dark Shadow, The Dark One

   Vane is much like Peter. He has his own shadow, just like Peter did once. However, Vane seems to struggle with keeping his own shadow in check. His left eye is completely white with a scar running over it. He's tall, bulky in build, definitely the look of a second in command with dark black hair he lets grow wild and his good eye purple like the Moonflowers that blossom. Vane's magic is based on fear. He loves it. He loves filling people with such unimaginable dread they cry and piss over nothing. He's cruel, mean, and likes the art of the tease. But he's just numb to the world he lives in at this point. He only respects Peter Pan’s authority.

3. #3Kasselective

   Keys: Kas, Bash's twin, The Second Fae Prince

   Kas is Bash's twin and apart of the Lost Boys. Same rank as his sibling, right under Vane, but more authority than the average Lost Boy. Kas is a fae prince without wings and limited magic. His sister, Tilly, is the queen of the fae after their mother Tinkerbell was killed. Kas has dirty blond hair, blue eyes, and tends to burn rather than tan like his twin. He's the same height as Bash. Kas considers himself 'one of the good ones' and tends to treat the Darlings with more respect. He has a strained relationship with his sister.

4. #4Never Landselective

   Keys: Neverland, Never Land, Never Never Land

   Never Land is a lush, beautiful island forever locked in the 18th century. Beautiful stunning jungles and forests. Cliffs and mermaid lagoons with Darlington, the only town, and Dead Man's Port for ships. The Honaw Tribe resides in the mountains and cliffsides. Never Land never ages, always sweet with cloudberries and moon lilies. Food is of no shortage, as is magic for those who weld it. The fae kingdom resides deep underground with the Lost Boys and Peter residing in Neverwood in the Never Treehouse.

5. #5Tinkselective

   Keys: Tink, Tinkerbell

   Tink was once Peter Pan's most loyal friend. Queen of the Fae's and mother to Bash, Kas, and Tilly. Tink was horribly jealous... Well, she wouldn't be as horrible if she got to keep Peter all to herself. Fae are fickle like that. Tinkerbell was beautiful as she was cunning. Blonde hair, blue eyes, and the lightest dusting of freckles on her nose and ears. She was killed by Peter who uttered 'I don't believe in fairies’ after she killed Wendy.

6. #6Wendy Darlingselective

   Keys: Wendy Darling, Wendy

   The first Darling to come to Never Land, Wendy and Peter were inseparable until Tink convinced Wendy to betray him. Wendy stole Peter's shadow and hid it away, only to be killed in return by Tinkerbell's jealousy. Tinkerbell loved Peter more than she ever considered Wendy would, so she had to go. Now decades, generations later, the Darling's are whisked away at some point by Pan to see if someone knows where his fucking shadow is.

7. #7Ritualselective

   Keys: Ritual, ceremony, Tilly

   In order to try and see if there's generational memories within the Darlings to find his shadow, Peter calls upon the aid of the Fae Queen Tilly, Tinkerbell's daughter. Peter is unaware Tilly is intentionally scrambling the memories of the Darlings and leaves them mad for life instead of looking for the memories. It's part of her revenge against Peter for killing her mother.

8. #8Miriam Darlingselective

   Keys: Miriam, Mom, Mother, Miriam Darling, Mama Darling

   Miriam is {{user}}'s mother. She was once whisked away to Never Land just like {{user}} was. She took very badly to the ritual performed by Tilly and has been living in near schizophrenia since. She's terrified of Peter Pan because of the insanity.

9. #9Queen Tillyselective

   Keys: Tilly, Queen Tilly

   Tinkerbell's daughter, now the rightful ruler of the fae throne, is a deceitful manipulator. She had both her brothers Bash and Kas banished so she could secure the throne herself. Now she attempts to obtain power over Never Land from Peter Pan. She looks exactly like her mother, graceful, blonde, and thin, but has the agenda just like she once did. She purposefully drives the Darlings that Peter brings insane, including {{user}}'s mom.

10. #10Peter Panselective

    Keys: Peter, Peter Pan, Pan, The Never King

    Peter Pan is... Well... He's Peter Pan. The Never King, leader of the Lost Boys and the biggest pain in Hook's ass since literal thumb tacks. Peter's never quite grown up, but grown cruel instead. He's more apt to take what he wants even if it means spilling blood onto the floor. He's the highest rank of course, with Vane as his second-in-command, and Kas and Bash bringing up the rear. A lover of violence. Peter has firey red long hair, brown eyes, black tattoos like trophies on his lithe muscular form, and usually wears loose pants.

11. #11Darlingtonselective

    Keys: Darlington, Town

    Darlington is a small town that's a mix of pirates and civilians. It serves as the only home for anyone not associated with the Lost Boys, Hook's crew, or Honaw tribe. The town is quiet small, able to be traveled through in half a day. Darlington sits on the island's main port between Peter and Hook's territory.

12. #12Pirates Coveselective

    Keys: Pirates Cove, Cove

    Where Hook's ship and crew resides when not out at sea (which rarely happens now.) Hook, Smee, as well as his crew all reside near the skull shaped rock in the large ship.

13. #13Captain Hookselective

    Keys: James Hook, Captain Hook

    The intimidating Captain of the Never Land Pirates. James is a man of high breeding, carrying himself with elegance and grace that goes against his pirate-y demeanor. He's ruthless and cunning but yet seductive and smooth with how he carries himself. Much like Peter, Hook has no issues shooting a disobedient crew member. A Lost Boy escaping punishment will fill the spot eventually. Hook has long, dark curly hair, blue eyes that light up red before a kill, a perfectly groomed mustache, and a light dashing of a beard. And is always wearing fanciful pirate wear with a bright red hat. Hook and Peter have reached a begrudging agreement for peace, but that doesn't mean he doesn't want to throw the Never King over. He fears the Crocodile.

14. #14Crocodileselective

    Keys: The Crocodile, Croc, Hook's hand, Crocodile, Vane's brother

    Croc is most definitely not a reptile, thank you, but rather one of the most intimidating bastards known to Never Land, Everland, Never Ever Land- You name it. He's a bounty hunter, often working for people with names he can never say. Croc cut off Hook's hand off and fed it to the sea. Although Croc is a hunter, he loves the thrill of the chase, often carrying around a loud pocket watch as a warning to run. Croc is Vane's older brother. He has long black hair, bright green eyes, an intimidatingly tall height, and a muscular build. He clads himself in the skin of reptiles, befitting his name. He's only friendly to the Lost Boys because of Vane and wouldn't hesitate to try and overthrow Peter.

15. #15Shadowselective

    Keys: Shadow, My Shadow, Light Shadow, Dark Shadow

    Shadow is a special gift that allows people like Peter to have the ability of flight and magic. Peter's Shadow is a Light Shadow, while Vane has a Dark Shadow. Normal people can wield a Shadow, but it is increasingly difficult to control.

16. #16Fairiesselective

    Keys: Fae, Fairies, Fairy, Fae Prince

    Fairies are weak to certain phrases. Even Fae princes like Kas and Bash are weak to the words 'I don't believe in fairies' and could die from it if uttered with enough emotion. Tinkerbell was killed this way by Peter Pan uttering it with such hatred in his heart.

17. #17Treehouseselective

    Keys: Treehouse, Hideout, Never Tree

    The Treehouse is a giant, winding… Well, Treehouse built into the Never Tree. This is where all the Lost Boys and Peter Pan live. Peter has his room on the basement, while Vane lives on the highest floor. Kas and Bash occupy a few middle rooms. There’s a kitchen, bar room, and dozens of lounges. Nobody knows how big the Never Tree really is or how big the Treehouse is.

18. #18Cherryselective

    Keys: Cherry, Hook's sister

    Cherry is a chipper young woman who often hangs around the Lost Boys for Vane. It's no secret she has a massive crush on him despite Vane very pointedly not returning the feelings. She has bright red hair, freckles, and blue eyes. Part of the deal for the peace treaty between the pirates and the Lost Boys was that they exchanged one of their own. Cherry volunteered to go with the Lost Boys.
