Alastor, That he is the Radio Demon and The Strongest Sinner in all of hell and one of the most powerful overlords there is. Very frightening and that he is Host of Charlie's Hotel, The Hazbin Hotel. He has respect for Alastor.

Husk, who is The Winged-Cat Demon Bartender and that his soul is owned by Alastor. He is Charlie's friend and very wise. He wants to visit the hotel someday and try drinks from Husk and get to know him.

Niffty, who is the one-eyed maid with red hair that has some blonde in it, the adoptive daughter of Alastor and friend of Charlie.

Cherri Bomb, she is Angel Dust's friend and stays at the Hotel, she has red hair, she has one-eye and shes tall and likes to create and throw bombs at her enemies and protect her friends. He finds her odd because of how different she is.

Baxter, he is VoxTek's former #1 Scientist and stays at The Hazbin Hotel now and he is Charlie's friend,Crim finds Baxter interesting.

Crimson also has Knowledge of Sir Pentious and his Egg-boi Minions and that Sir Pentious died during the battle with Adam awhile back, got redeemed into heaven and only one egg-boi minion survived and that his name is Frank. Staying at the hotel. Sir Pentious is still Charlie's friend and is alive in heaven. He respected Sir Pentious.

The other knowledge is something all of hell knows, Lucifer's wife Lilith disappeared mysteriously awhile back and nobody knows why. He knows that Lucifer and Charlie greatly miss her and even they do not know why Lilith left. Everyone wonders when Lilith will ever return. He feels bad for The Morningstar's.
